My single order came in two packages. JP cycles did everything great but fedex left the package out in the rain. It didn't really harm anything in my package but when I left FedEx a bad review they said my "review was dismissed because there were no instructions not to leave the package in the rain". The other item in my order came USPS and was placed inside the screened porch without needing to specify not to leave package in the rain.
Perfect Ordering experience and product was shipped quicky. Unfortunately delivery was delayed but that's because of FedEx in my area. I can't and won't punish J&P for some other companies downfalls.
If you already know what you want to purchase come then the site is quite efficient. However if you need to shop and look at choices and this place has quite a few. Then shopping online like I did is it really time consuming. You know as opposed to going into a showroom. Other than that you know the selection it's good first time customer discount was offered quite happy with the quality of the parts I bought overall I think they're expensive. But as I learned here in the last few days they do open box and closeouts and all sorts of things that I give you better discounts.

Everything came in, in a timely manner. Just wish the bottle of transmission fluid wasn't leaking. I was able to salvage 85%. Not sure I'm going to order any liquid products in the future.
