When shipped, only 1 of 2 items were in the package that was very well sealed. Customer service was very understanding and expedient in getting the other item heading my way.
I looked all over hell for Carlini tank savers. They used to be available in every parts cataloge. I guess Carlini is out of business. J&P had them, but sold by a different parts vender. Came right away. They worked great.

WELL, LARGE ORDER, THAT WAS "MY" FIRST MISTAKE. I KNOW BETTER. WITH LARGE ORDERS, COUNTS CAN BE OFF, MISSED ITEMS, SPLIT BETWEEN LOCATIONS, ECT. BREAK A LARGE ORDER UP IN GROUPES, BETTER CHANCE TO GET WHAT YOU WANT, WHEN YOU WANT. JUST A FACT, THEY ARE GOING TO SHOVE AS MUCH INTO THAT BOX AS THEY CAN, DO NOT KNOW WHY, THE SHIPPINGT IS ALL BASED ON WEIGHT... AND THE DILIVERY PERSON WOULD MUCH RATHER CARRY A CPOUPLE LIGHTER BOXES THAN THE, "BIG BOX FROM HELL". AND ALOT LESS LIKLY TO BE USED AS A STEP-LADDER TOO!

I live ~2 hrs (133 miles one way) from the J&P store located in Sturgis, SD… I had to make FOUR trips back to the store to get a very simple order correctly. Not only did they repeatedly order the wrong part, (a set of risers for handlebars that I bought in the same store) they wouldn't order the new part until I brought in the wrong one into the store & paid for the new one up front… which they got wrong FOUR TIMES! It took me over a month to get a set of risers in. Not only did this cost me a ridiculous amount of time, it also cost me several hundred dollars in fuel & in time off work to get this simple order in correctly… The cherry on top was J&P giving me a $25 gift card added to my in house account "for all my trouble" 🤨 $25 after all their BS?! I would've been fuming angry had it not been comical at that point… Worst company I've done business with since I can remember… I will never spend another penny with them after the $25 insult. Just goes to show how much they truly care about customer care. Bye Felicia
Bought a windshield for my road warrior fairing. Windshield came in good shape but it doesn't fit the fairing correctly.
Everything went smoothly, the part showed up quickly and was exactly what i needed.
Looked at getting a new helmet, J&P had the best competitive price, and added on a first responder discount. Made the choice of where to purchase pretty simple. Helmet came in and was perfect. Properly packaged to prevent damage.
Great until I tried to get thru this survey/ review should not make you fill out this box original just great but needed 90 characters to complete work ed in advertising and marketing last 30 years just retired
Saddle ordered and delivered. Did not fit bike as stated. Don't know what was wrong, contacted technical support and they asked for pictures. Sent pics and they said send it back for refund. Nothing more. After some more research I picked another saddle and ordered it. Good fitment. Happy customer. Would have liked to have had a little more help from support.
I purchased these floorboards to replace some more stylish ones. The new ones have allow for a whole lot more stable footing.
