James/Jimmy, in customer support, was awesome! I received a battery that was most likey damaged in the shipping process. While dealing with a frustrated customer (me), Jimmy showed a nice level of understanding and empathy. It was much appreciated in that moment. After answering some questions and following some protocols and email exchanges, I was informed I would be receiving a replacement. Jimmy followed up and help throughout the process. The replacement battery arrived quickly. I must confess I was so nervous, as the replacement shipping box was quite beat up. I was worried this battery was also damaged. But it was not! Much appreciated the support!

Part of my order included two turn signals, which were supposed to be front turn signals, and were (according to your site) a match for my 1997 FXDS. Yet, not only were they rear turn signals, but on the packaging from the manufacturer themselves it clearly states "fits models… EXCEPT FXDS" meaning they wouldn't work anyways and your site mislead me.

Ordered a luggage rack, it was delivered damaged, communication to get this replaced was challenging as they asked for photos that had nothing to do with the damaged issue. Once I sent enough pictures, they sent out a replacement, it showed up and was also damaged (but salvageable) due to an upcoming trip, I couldn't wait. I'd give 0 stars in possible.

Rear brake pad and rotor worked great. You need to include the bolts needed

Order my part online and it came and I installed it. All good.
