USPS sucks anymore. Takes twice as long as it should. Free shipping is great but I would suggest if UPS is comparable in price to ship through, consider dropping USPS to prevent secondary blame from less considerate customers. J&P processed and shipped my items asap but the post office took 9 days to deliver it.
Second time ordering from J&P Cycles, could not be happier with how everything is packed up. They take pride in their work, and the customer service is top of the line. Highly recommend to anyone!

It was great, I injoy looking what they have, and what has come in new, plus what they have on sale, I don't go anywhere else but to j&p's to get what I need.

I came in the store not sure what type of helmet I was looking for. Your guy Daniel was very helpful and took a lot of time with me. I probably could have ordered it online after the initial meeting but chose to come back in and have Daniel order it. I don't know if they work on any kind of commission but he deserves one.
My fault for not paying attention but the kit is two quarts, an o-ring, and a primary gasket short. Not enough oil for three hole service
I sometimes order from JP cycle, and sometimes order from dk, your competitor.
DK gets my product out to me in a very short time, several days usually. JP, on the other hand, takes a week and a half. I gave you three stars because your products have quality, but your ship time sucks
Received a bad battery on my last order. Reached out and informed the customer service department of the order and the faulty item from that order. Explained that it could not be charged and was showing an error message indicating a disrupted circuit within the battery. The response I got was that I needed to "activate" the battery. After more emails I figured out that the CS rep wanted me to fill the battery with battery acid (with close to 50 years of servicing my own batteries I'd never hear the term "activating" your battery). Being as it was a sealed non-serviceable battery it came with the battery acid already installed and would have been obvious if the CS rep had actually looked at the item in question. After more emails explaining to them what battery I had, they sent me a ridiculous list of questions not even applicable to the battery (as it was never installed in a motorcycle and would not hold a charge and therefore could not be load tested, etc...). After more emails answering the ridiculous questions as best I could, I was told I was supposed to take the battery to a different retailer and have them load test the battery even though it could not be charged, and to get a picture of the load test that could not be completed. After submitting that picture (multiple times)I got a response stating I needed to submit another picture of the battery with the terminals removed (and no additional information). My reply was that I did not know that battery terminals were removable. By now it is the following weekend... and I reached out to the general customer service team to try and get and explanation. They then explained that I was supposed to rip off the terminals destroying the battery to prove that I was not trying to swindle them out of a battery... So after almost a full week of going back and forth I finally got a refund so I can buy a battery here locally and get my motorcycle back on the road. Almost 20 years ordering from JP Cycles myself. Seems like something has drastically changed there the last few years.

I had to get a new seat for my bike because it was lost on a ride. I was compensated fairly when i got the new one and the process to get the new seat happend very fast
I bought the JMC Rokker 400 4 Channel Amplifier for my '23 TriGlide. Upon opening it I went back to my order to confirm correct amp vs the website. To my surprise the amp now showed a price $108.00 less than what I paid a week before. I called J&P Cycles and within 15 minutes they issued me a credit for the $108.00. The amp was easy to install and works great. The reduced price was a pleasant surprise.

Ordered a membership, because the day delivery caught my attention. Orders several parts and one was delivered in 2 days, the other was over a week. But what I didn't like was tracking showed loaded to leave with courier on the 2nd day it was to be delivered. No other updates until the day it delivered (a week later). And when contacting customer service they couldn't do anything about until after 5 days. The last few years J&P has gone down hill. I won't be ordering from them anytime soon.

Kinda hard to get parts! The page keeps skipping back to other places! I click on my saved bike and the product I'm looken for! I have been trying too gat a windshield for my ride and tires. I did find the white wall tires, but when I go to cart the price of the tires are higher than what it says on the listing! I don't understand why that happens! I have spent $2,000. In parts in the last month! I'm 68 years old and my helth isn't the best! I want to get this old bike going too leave to my son, I pray I get it done befor I move on! THANKS!
Purchased/ordered a replacement starter for my Street Glide in store and had it shipped to my house. Item arrived quickly and packaged well.
