Take a close look at BBB and their facebook page. They are now blocking people that posted looking for answers on their orders. I am one of many many people who have customer service issues. After all I went through to get through their sale (website was crashing and a mess) and 25 days to ship, they have sent me the wrong item. No phone number to contact customer service. BEWARE!
Before buying look up better business bureau. I ordered on 27 of nov. Realize if it was back ordered until nov 30. Which I understood. They did contact until dec 13 that the item wasnt available. I wrote a comment on Facebook got a response. After numerous emails. They said theyll exchange for another sweater. ( which on another website it was a lot cheaper with fast free shipping) they then said theyll give my daughter a purse as an apology. Well the purse was 8 my shipping was 11. I then emailed them wondering if the sweater will be there for Christmas the eve they havent replied.
Beautiful clothes but don't be fooled. Google them and their consumer complaints. I ordered 2 items for 159.99. Paid for express shipping. Wasn't notified the items were backordered until after purchase. Shipping went from Nov 20th, to the 30th, to Dec 4th, then to Dec 7th. I was never notified of any delay. No customer service number exists. Had to email twice with no response and finally hunt down their wholesale number to inquire. I was more than patient and gave them more than ample opportunity to resolve my order issue and gain a satisfied customer. I ended up having to file complaint through the FTC and BBB to try to get matter resolved. Do your research before making any purchases from this company!
I absolutely love this site. I have ordered so many items for my kids and a few for myself. The quality is great and the designs are gorgeous. The service is super fast and even their packaging is beautiful. Every time I open my packages it's like a gift to myself. Absolutely love it!
