They said they shipped something, but we don't have tracking or delivery confirmation. When we asked them to help us find it, they said "We as a small business know that there are some risks that sometimes we can't do anything about." What? I hope then end up doing the right thing here as I have had no choice but to begin the chargeback process. It's easy to do if they pull this on you, just contact your bank and let them know you haven't received it that your item is NOT AS DESCRIBED... they will side with you everytime. This company will hopefully learn that if something goes wrong, it's part of doing good business to make it right... unless they are dishonest something going wrong doesn't happen very often so when it does, buck up and make it right. Anyways, Ill get the chargeback money and shop somewhere else if I don't hear from them first.
I bought 3 dresses for myself and my 2 daughters to try on for fall pictures using a 10% off coupon and costing 300$. All 3 ran large and upon trying to return they say that they cant refund bc A coupon used, then even starinf thwy could take the 30$ discount out and keep the $ they still arent allowinf. How ridiculous.

I have bought items from Joyfolie for both myself and my girls. Their dresses are beautiful and have held up through many play parties and dress up days. I've always had great experiences with their customer service in the few examples where we've needed them. I can't say enough good things about this company.

Sometimes you get something that is nice and sized right and other times its a big miss, im not sure why they even have size charts b/c their line of clothing has no rhyme or reason to the sizing and should be completely ignored. I had problems getting the buy one shoe get another free and they say they would hsv to manually do my order but hen I got around to doing this, they say that promotion was over and I could look forward to the Labor Day sale WTF. It was their fault and im sorry I was busy with my life and didnt have time to immediately go in and sen them my shopping cart. I already spent my time shopping for it and then the sale didnt work. They should honor that no matter how long it took me to send them my cart> TERRIble Customer service and I think some of these reviews, saying how great they are, have to be there employees. Just trying to save the brand. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK.

A few years ago I had a horrible customer experience with Joyfolie and almost never shopped there again. BUT, I decided to give them a second chance and over the last couple of years their customer service has exceeded my expectations, and I have had any problems promptly taken care of with polite employees. While quality can sometimes be a bit hit or miss the quality issues I have had were taken care of immediately and in a manner that made me happy, and both quality and customer service have improved drastically. They have, in my opinion, remedied their customer service woes of the past and are now one of my favorite online businesses! Plus, they have absolutely gorgeous clothes!

Worst customer service and return policy EVER!
The clothes are cheaply made. You may get one item that fits true to size and the next item might be 3 sizes to big and the next item one size small. I can not believe they are still in business with the way they handle customer service issues.

I choose the Aniya dress in cream floral to celebrate my anniversary, I am very happy with the style, its has a romantic and elegant look to it. The fabric is soft, for being a long dress it is lightweight, although the fit is very flattering and the slit is my favorite detail of the dress, I will have to alter it's length since I am 5'3.
As soon as I received my dress I noticed the well-made and soft fabric. I chose to go with the Zola dress in Stripe since it looked like the best summer/beach dress! I tried it on and it fit like a glove, I immediately fell in love! It definitely felt like the perfect fit for me and I'm very content with the way it looks and hugs my body. Definitely would recommend checking out their website for the cutest yet elegant clothes and items.
My daughter picked out the pink kitty faux fur backpack for school, unfortunately there was a mix up and we didnt get our package, I contacted customer servive via email, i received a response immediately. We received our package and are extremely pleased with the backpack! They went above and beyond to ensure that we receive the backpack that is currently out of stock, we will definitely be a repeat customer
Please beware of their return/exchange policy and buy way in advance. Shipping is slow and if you need to exchange an item it's even worse. I've been waiting close to 2 weeks and it looks like I won't get my daughters shoes in time for the wedding. I've even paid more for faster shipping and it hasn't helped... customer service hasn't even helped rush my item. Waste of time and money and I will have a little girl without shoes to match the other flower girl.
Looks like they have several fake reviews to try and drown out the real ones. After repeatedly charging our card for the same items we finally received the dresses. 2 the sizing was WAY OFF. No reply's to any of our emails asking for answers and how to return the dresses. Finally was forced to buy two more to match the other two for a the wedding and got them and the sizing is RIDICULOUS. The 7 barely fits my 5 year old. So 450$ in dresses will cost me a couple hundred dollars more in tailoring. Yes, the stuff is adorable but RRUUUUNNNNN! Go buy from trish scully or another company that actually cares about the buyers. **picture is a size 8 dress on an average 5 year old. Also not nearly as beautiful as the pictures. I can't steam that one pretty...

Purchased the Saoirse hoodie in cream for my niece. It is super soft and perfect for her to wear as she enters kindergarten. It looks so cute on her and she loved modelling it for the family. True fit for size 6.
I ordered for the first time recently. 3 dresses, a pair of shorts, flip flops, pants, book bag, earrings and a speaker. All of the clothing is slightly different than the pictures on the website (not as nice looking/not quite the same colors). The shipping was fast! The material is fine but not as comfy or soft as it appears on the website photos. Pretty stiff, really. Doubtful if I'd order through Joyfolie again.

I rarely write reviews for my online shopping, but I have been so happy with my Joyfolie purchases that I wanted to give credit where credit is due. My most recent purchase was a "Collette" dress in black. It is long, flowy and PERFECT for an outdoor wedding that I am attending in August.
I am officially in love with everything about Joyfolie! I have always adored the cuteness of their products and so I ordered some goodies for my kiddos. There was a very small issue so I contacted customer service telling them I had a minor issue and they responded immediately! They didn't address my issue as the minor issue it was, but instead they treated me and my concern with great thought and attention and blew me away with their impeccable customer service! They know exactly how to run a business with quality products, adorable designs, and the kindest and most professional staff ever! Also, I ordered a few shoes originally and when they arrived the durability and comfort to my littles was so great I went back and ordered several more (we like shoes in our family haha). I will definitely continue to shop here for myself (as my order for me was also incredible) and for my littles (all shoes, clothes, and accessories ordered were wonderful) and I will continue to tell all my friends of this great company! I tried to add photos, but I am writing from my phone and it has to be a JPEG :( but the product truly comes looking like the photos on their website, if not better in person!

I have ordered several dresses and sandals from Joyfolie. Everything has been beautiful and of high quality. The customer service is also very good. I recently ordered the wrong size dress and they politely and quickly facilitated an exchange.

I have been a customer of Joyfolie for about 4-5 years and I just love them. I love how stylish my daughter always looks in their clothing and shoes. I cannot image celebrating a holiday, birthday, or any other occasion without Joyfolie. In these past 4-5 years, I have placed well over 50 orders and I have never had a major issue or an issue that wasn't resolved immediately. I have reached out to their customer service department via email and I always get a response within 24 hours. My issues have been resolved painlessly.
I am really floored by the reviews I am reading. I think if people took the time to read size charts and item descriptions they wouldn't have any problems but we live in a day and age where everyone is rushing and then blames the company for their own carelessness. Any complaint on shipping should just be deleted unless the order was not fulfilled on time. A company has no control over how long a carrier takes to deliver a package.
I tried to create a collage of a few of my favorite memories with Joyfolie over the past 4-5 years. Too many memories, too many Joyfolie items.

A few days after I placed my order I went to check on it and apparently I had ordered the wrong size. I emailed joyfolie and right away they emailed me back saying that bc my order hadn't shipped yet they can adjust it no problem. The dress arrived and fit great (I had read reviews that said clothes run large so I got a size down) and material is very comfortable. I would definitely order from joyfolie again.
Hi recently made a sizing error ordering my free monthly gift from Joyfollie. I contacted the team and they replied immediately. Provided me with a pre paid returns postage and offered to send the correct size for me free of charge. Considering this was a free gift anyway I feel like they went above and beyond to keep me satisfied.
So far no issues, I couldn't get my free item in correctly and they answered my email and was able to still included the item in my purchase! Everything came in as described and quality is for the most part extremely good. Occasionally I have one item that may not be made of a top quality material but even so, I'm loving this place.

I have shared that the tracking shows that it is still en route; however, I did notice that it is taking longer so I had requested our warehouse contact the carriers involved in your delivery to get more information or place a trace on your order.
