I recently made a few purchases from this website for my wedding. I bought both of my daughters flower girl dresses and I also purchased my bridal shower dress. I had to exchange my dress for a different size and Aja contacted me to help with the process. Once the order was completed I thanked her for her help and explained what the dresses were for. She then added on earrings for my daughters and a necklace for myself as a gift of appreciation. Her kindness blew me away! Besides the amazing customer service I also have to say that the dresses are all beautiful and amazing quality! I will definitely be ordering more from them in the future! Thanks again Aja!
I made a huge mistake and did not include a FREE item in with my last order. I sent a message because I misunderstood the process. I did not expect any result, as it was 100% my mistake. Bianca did not even ask any questions. She took it upon herself to offer to just send the item, no questions asked, to me completely FREE of charge! They ALWAYS provide the best customer service! This is in addition, of course, to the fact that they have THE most awesome clothes for girls and little girls! My grand daughters LOVE Athens gifts they have gotten from us over the years from Joyfolie!
I contacted Joyfolie with a question about their VIP free gift. I had placed an order several days before I had seen this offer. I was delighted to receive an immediate and personal response. I was even more delighted to hear that they were able to apply this promotion to my previous order. I felt this customer service was outstanding. I am so happy with this company's unique merchandise and my shopping experiences with them.

I had seen Joyfolie on Facebook quite a bit before I made my first order. I only wish I would have ordered sooner! Their pieces are unique. They can't really be compared to anything else, which I love. Their VIP gifts are amazing & so sweet. I just got my first order in & my sunglasses were scratched. I emailed & Melissa in CS was happy to take care of me right away. Her customer service was exceptional. I am happy to support a small business that truly cares about their customers & the quality & look forward to sharing Joyfolie with my family & friends. As a mom of 3 girls, I can say that we'll be back for many more purchases.
Ordered a girls dresses in 2 sizes to see which fit my daughter the best. I went to return the larger one and exchange the one that fit for another color and I had to pay to ship them back and then pay for shipping again to have the new one sent for me. They would not honor the promo code that was used in the orginial order and I would not be refunded for the other dress since using a promo code is considered a sale item. I am disappointed that after purchasing 2 flower girl dresses and 2 flower crowns they would not honor a refund of one dress. I do not feel confident purchasing from here again and would not reccomend them.
Buyer RUN the other way! No matter how cute the items are you will waist your money! I have a ton of items I ordered a couple of times during their big sales. Total waist of money, none of the items were sized correctly and they will not respond for a refund or correctly size item. I have 3 pairs of shoes in a size 4Y that I ordered for my daughter. One of them will fit my size 8.5 adult, one will fit a 2 year old at most and the other would fit a 5 year old and I cannot return or exchange. Some thing with dresses order during sale. Every time I try to rate the items it will not accept anything less than 5*'s. So do not believe the feedback you u read on their website.
I was excited to order dresses for my daughter and decided to go ahead and order the $75 gladiator sandals she'd been begging for as well. Turns out their sizing is WAY OFF - these shoes are way too small for her even though I ordered a 4Y thinking she would have a bit of room to grow. Tried to leave a product review on THEIR website and it defaulted to five stars when I hit 'submit' even though I had set it at 2 stars. That one posted immediately - tried to post another with the correct 2-star rating and it did not show up at all. Really unhappy with the amount I'll have to pay to return these when it's clearly their sizing charts that are way off... do not recommend.
I don't normally wear the same brand together, but I could not resist the Yvette Black Floral Skirt with the Sarai gladiators. Super cute combo with a cropped or knotted tee!
Unfortunately, I purchased a dress for my daughter that too big and they were sold out of the smaller size. I emailed their customer service about my options. The customer service department was quick to respond with clear and accurate information. They were able to refund me and made it very easy to make another purchase.
Ok not only is the quality of the materials top notch, but it's gorgeous! It's so soft and I've worn it to work, to parties, and everyone loves it. I definitely stood out from the crowd. The bottom of the dress was a little heavy, but the top held up well and didn't get stretched out or pulled down.

I contact them with email, they responded immediately and solved the issue by sending me the right size dress with no charge with an extra gift a cute earrings for my daughter and asked me to keep the wrong size dress.

I just bought my first Joyfolie dress and am beyond in love! The fabric is so soft and the cut is super flattering. Can't wait to continue to buy Joyfolie's products! Already sharing the company with friends and family. Their styles are so cute and so is their Instagram page! Big fan.
I absolutely love the dresses I have ordered for my two daughters for their events. (4 in total) Not only are the dresses amazing quality, but they are excellent with customer service. I ordered two dresses to assure the correct size for Easter and they were amazing about assuring an easy return!
Not only is it adorable but they are so helpful as well! I needed an exchange for my flower girl dress for my wedding and they were so great! They made the exchange so quickly but also threw in a set of earrings as a congratulations for my recent engagement! LOVE IT! I will definitely be ordering from again!

DO NOT waste even 1 penny on this website! All the pictures look great on the website, but its the greatest scam in the world! The material is not even worth 5 cents to make. The clothes showed up flat and when finally I put it up on a hanger, its like I went to buy fabric from a store and sewed it together! DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT buy a single thing from this website! The dresses look NOTHING like the website pictures! I got 5 dresses for $200, waste of freaking money! All I can imagine is poor factory workers in China being beat up to sew together this clothes! Honest to God, I am donating these clothes to the homeless tomorrow! I wish I read these reviews before ordering! Please avoid this website at all costs!
I placed my first order for a dress and apparently I can't return it for a refund BECAUSE I USED A PROMOTIONAL CODE - a code that they SHARE with their customers on the front page of their website. It feels so deceiving to entice your customers to use a promo code so that you can lock in a customer's purchase, even if they're unhappy with their purchase. I find the dress to be of poor "Made in China" quality that is certainly NOT worth $80: flimsy material, thread coming out of buttons, poor cut and fit. Save your money, avoid this company.
I have purchased many items of clothes and shoes over the years and the quality has always been superb, and the customer service top-notch. I always receive compliments on everything myself and my daughters wear from joyfolie. I love finding unique items with them!
So I made an order worth $350 of dresses front Easter. When I received my order I was impressed that it came so quickly. 5 days. I live in North Dakota so that's pretty good for out here. But when I opened it to find that none of the items were the items ordered my heart sank... then I found the invoice that had another womens correct order... just not my order. Feeling frustrated I sent messages right away and assumed after reading all of the negative reviews about customer service that I was going to hit a dead end. But that's where my experience differs. I received a response within an hour and Aja was quick to correct the problem. She included a return label for the misplaced items I had received in the email and she assured me mine would be sent the very next day (just received confirmation)and that I would be receiving prority shipping as well as a few extra goodies for my troubles. I must say I was VERY IMPRESSED. I only left a 4 star rating because of the mistake made in the beginning but everything after that deserves a 5 star rating!

Shipments come fast, and even when I had to exchange for a different size, I was able to get a hold of a customer service girl and it was processed smoothly. Overall, I would recommend shopping here!
