I have ordered many things over the past several years and have always been 100% satisfied. The clothes are beautiful, unique and very well made. I did have an issue with a necklace once that I had ordered from one of their retailers and when that retail company wouldn't help me I contacted Joyfolie directly and they sent a replacement. I have emailed them several times just asking about products and availability and I always get an immediate response. I would highly recommend!
We already LOVE LOVE LOVE Joyfolie's clothes. They are beautiful, well made and not something that you will see just anywhere! I've ordered from them in the past but this last order was the first time that I've had any interaction with customer service. I placed an order, used a promo code and then an hour later received an email (regular advertisement) that there was a live sale (of course I logged back on & ordered more), while that I noticed that one of the items that I JUST ordered was now $4.63 cheaper! What?! I emailed them. They refunded the difference immediately, AND we received the package the NEXT day! I chose regular standard shipping (even got free shipping). I had to return some clothes that didn't fit. Customer service responded promptly, and help the return process smoothly. I will be ordering from Joyfolie again! Such beautiful, and unique options!

I ordered two dresses for my daughters. I received them in the mail in an adequate timeframe. There was an issue with one of the dresses. I emailed them about the problem. I got a reply probably within 24 hours. They sent me a pre-paid label to send back the affected dress, and sent me a new tracking number for a replacement dress (which I received in about 2 days). My daughters & I both love the dresses. I'm very impressed with how quickly & efficiently the problem was resolved.
I made my first purchase a couple weeks ago. I recieved an email the same day notifying me that my order had already shipped out! It arrived in about 2 to 3 days (faster than expected). The two dresses where beautiful! I adore my pink slippers and the flower earrings were exactly as shown online! One dress was a little big in the chest area so is being tailored (since it's for an engagement shoot). There was a minor defeat with the second dress but the quality/material was great and the color was so pretty. Customer Service responded quickly and sent me a prepaid label with clear instructions on how to return. I was given store credit (as stated in the return policy since I used a discount code) the moment I let them know it was dropped in the mail. Ashleigh was so pleasant and professional. I definitely recommend this site! I do suggest reading the return policy in advance so you know what to expect should you need to return.
The shipping was fast and I had a problem with a small defect on a pair of shoes. I contacted customer service and they responded right away. Emailed a return label and I was able to exchange very easily. As soon as I sent the tracking for the return, they mailed a new pair of shoes. Very happy with my purchase and how fast they resolved the issue. The shoes and clothes are beautiful.
I have ordered a few times from them, and every time I have had nothing but amazing experiences. I receive my packages really fast and when one was too big i was able to exchange it for a smaller size with no problem AT ALL. Aja was my customer service representative for the exchange and she was quick to email me back and was super nice and professional during the whole process. I read some of the reviews were people have problems returning/exchanging, and I'm confused by them, they have a whole section on their website about exchanges and returns and they make it very clear that if you buy clearance, promotions, etc you will get store credit or an exchange. But anyways, in my own personal experience, I would 100% recommended them to anyone looking for adorable clothes for themselves or their girls!
This was my first order with Joyfolie and I bought a dress and choker for my daughters. This company has super cute & unique clothes. I forgot to add our free monthly item so I reached out to customer service and spoke with Ashleigh. I received a response quickly and the company (and Ashleigh!) went above and beyond to correct this even though it was my fault. I am super pleased with this company and will definitely be ordering again!
Yes, she's very nice and helpful when they are taking your money and there are no problems. But an entirely different experience happens when there is a problem, as evidenced by all the bad reviews here and on the Better Business Bureau website.
So I told joyfolie I was posting a negative review in late March. Clearly they fake to this site and freaked out over the consistently awful reviews-and wrote a bunch of fake positive reviews in like a three day span. Look at the number of positive reviews in a short period and then compare these to the consistently awful ones below, which are spaced out over time in a more natural way. They are so shady!

The clothes are some of the hightest quality I have ever seen and so is the service. I ordered the wrong sizes on my order and I had some trouble but I contacted Joyfolie for help and they could not be more helpful. Not only they helped fix my issues but also they gave me a free gift worth $22.50. I absolutely love this company and I will be sure to make more purchases from it in the future. It is a shame to see all these false horrible reviews...
So after making a gross mistake on an order I contacted CS and explained what happened via email, I had an immediate response, she was helpful and accommodating and this was an order for my daughters B day. We emailed back n forth about my daughter and how amazing this line made her feel and it had been a while since I'd seen such a big smile on her face since her daddy died and how I loved seeing a little twinkle in her eye because of a lovely new outfit. Well the CS rep was so moved and touched that she sent my daughter a surprise B day outfit, paired with sandals, and a hair piece and bling with matching sun glasses. I just cried over her generosity, I couldn't believe it I was utterly stunned, what company does that. She received the pieces and wore it for spring pictures she looked and felt amazing just like a princess. We will be forever faithful to this line.
I paid extra shipping for my package to arrive within 3 days instead it was 5 days. They said that was in their disclaimer on their website which it is if you go into policies and then frequently asked questions. I explained that that is very dishonest and why not just write 5 days or 3 to 5 days. They cut and pasted the same answer over and over and over. Finally offered me a code for discount on a future purchase which I never got.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! I would give NO stars if I can. Worst customer service ever. The package of my order is lost and they refused to do anything. I paid $35 for overnight shipping and the order was never received. I emailed their customer service and all they do is the reply with cut and paste answers from their website. They claim they are not responsible for lost package. Why should I? I was not able to initiate an investigation with Fedex because I am NOT the shipper. My order was placed with a gift card so I am not able to dispute the charge. So here I am suffered $90 lost for nothing.
Joyfolie has recently employed parrots in their customer service department. I had the unfortunate experience of my credit card being billed thrice by them, yet their website threw up an address mismatch error. Instead of helping me place an error the "parrot" kept going on an on about it being an address mismatch. The address was accurate but their credit card acceptance service was badly configured. Each mail I sent asking for a solution, I kept getting the same annoying response. Needless to state I will send my legal team after them if I have been billed in triplicate for something their useless website cannot process! What a waste of time. I would caution customers to be extremely careful whilst dealing with them. Further, they don't look after or respect your information and complaints are being dealt with by a half-wits!
I love their girls clothes so as of now I am continuing to buy from them, although the women's clothes I've bought never seem to fit right. Also, I wrote a mediocre review about an item and it was either never posted or removed promptly. The main problem I have is that if you are "an insider", meaning a member of their site, you are supposed to get a monthly free gift with purchase. Each email says "no promo code required". I have made several very large purchases the past few months, and have never received the free gift. After the first month of not receiving it, customer service told me they wouldn't send me one after the fact, and sent me instructions for what I was supposed to do next time. Supposedly you have to "select your free gift" from your cart in order to receive one, even though that isn't mentioned in the free gift emails at all. I have tried multiple computers and multiple browsers but never see this option. CS basically said too bad, even when I chatted online as I was about to make another purchase and asked if they could add it for me. Seriously? So rude!
I wish I would have read all of these reviews prior to ordering. 47 days, 7 emails or Facebook messages to get a resolution. Customer service lied and said it was their carriers fault. Carrier(fed ex) said joyfolie created a label in their computers but never even gave them a package to ship. Joyfolie never pulled items and reshipped they just kept saying they were looking into it and would get back to me. On day 47 they sent me a refund. No explanation as to why they couldn't ship me my items I ordered, they just simply refunded my order. I get shipping issues may come up but it was the terrible customer service and the lying that followed that I can't deal with. What a disappointment.
Just received my very first Joyfolie order and I'm absolutely obsessed! I ordered a pair of boots and a dress for my daughter and a pair of boots, a dress and a shirt for myself. I am beyond impressed by the labeling, tags and packing of the items and I am as equally impressed at their quality. The tags even have these beautiful rhinestone charms on them that I will keep! The attention to detail is quite impressive. All too often we spend money on things that are cheap and see through These clothes are nothing like that. I cannot stress enough how much I was blown away and excited to open each item. I feel like my hard earned money was so well spent and I can't wait to wear my new things! This is officially my new favorite store and I can't wait to place my next order!
Bought clothing and took forever to process and ship! A lot longer than their policy and don't worry... They will do nothing to help with the situation! They sent me wrong tracking... Flat and short responses. They honestly DO NOT care about their customers... Save your money! I would rather spend my money on a company who actually cares about their customers! BIG WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY! Buyer beware! NEVER AGAIN!
I used to be a tried-true Joyfolie customer. The first few times I ordered I loved everything we received. Clothing fit was good, quality was beautiful, shoes - okay. While they did have shipping issues I could deal. As of last year they promised revised servers, increased to handle the volume, ample product on hand to ensure no delayed or backordered issues, secure browsing/ ordering... upon trying to order from them for Christmas items when their "Black Friday" sale started you could not access the website. Items sell out before you can even get on to search. You can't keep things in your cart and expect to check out with them. You can't contact anyone because they have no customer service phone number. (This should be a red flag that they can't handle the volume and don't care about the customer enough to be willing to help with issues). The only contact you have is through email or Instagram... and if you contact them through Instagram be prepared to be blocked from their account as I was. Emails are not responded to until W-E-E-K-S later. WEEKS. PLURAL.
We received everything we ordered but one pair of the shoes we ordered, the strap broke before my daughter could even leave the house (within 30 minutes of wearing). It took me having to involve our lawyer - literally - for them to finally reply. They refunded the money but never actually contacted me to
Provide an apology or offer a replacement. The second pair broke within a couple of weeks to the point of non-repair so we had two pairs of shoes retailing for over $100 worthless within less than a month of wear. One of the dresses I paid almost full price for had little flowers attached the the sheer fabric overlay and one by one they kept falling off. My daughter would come to me with flower in hand and I would say "Another one?" Completely irresponsible company with a less than adequate quality of clothes for the price they have them listed at. Shipping is ridiculously slow and customer service is nonexistent. We have removed ourselves as customers obviously and would rather shop from companies who offer better quality product that hold up for at least one season.
Seems in an effort to grow they've lost a lot of what made Joyfolie so great. They now offer a lot of Women's products and even the two dresses I ordered both had quality control issues that they had to send replacements for. It's wasnt anything better than something I would find at Lizard Thicket. And actually Lizard Thickets clothes have fit and worn better than these at a much lower price point.
I now despise Joyfolie when I once praised them and looked forward to Christmases filled with Joyfolie gifts.
