We had ordered a wedding ring from this company. Paid express shipping. Sadly they failed miserably.
On a positive note. The ring was beautiful and just what my wife wanted. The quality was awesome. So buyer beware. If you need it quickly, you need to look elsewhere.

Beautiful ring but there was nothing on the site saying they made the rings to order n also the delivery method are way different from the site it took almost a whole month for it to get here and I paid extra for the fast shipping The 7-12 or wtv shipping it was

I had been looking for a specific ring, with a particular citrine color and halo cut. I scoured the Internet for a long time until I came across Joancee's website. They not only had what I was looking for, but the price was extremely reasonable! It is so beautiful and sparkly!

It took a litter longer to receive it. The wait was worth it. I love my ring.

I am paying for something I didn't receive and nobody wants to refund my money or believe me. Very bad service will put bad review in at BBB if nothing is done about it.

I ordered my ring to be delivered on January 28th. We are now here, February 23rd and I still have yet to receive my order. I'm very disappointed. This was a highly recommended birthday gift that I was looking forward for and and all I get is that they're experiencing delays and they can even give me a tracking number to expect one to receive it. Super super frustrating. If I don't get my ring by March the first. I'm canceling this order and requesting a refund. Totally disappointed.

I feel like I got scammed out of my money. I place my order on October 6th 2024. Today's date is February 23rd 2025 and still haven't received my order. But they said it was because I didn't put my apartment number for the order. I updated my apartment number on October 7th 2024.

I'm still waiting to hear what happened to my order as I've never received it. It was a Valentine's Day gift from my husband.

Never received I order it over two months almost I sent email after email about the order they send me an email it shipping I still don't have it at this point I want all my money back and the express shipping now they asking for an review on something I didn't get
