Do better with shipping. I shouldn't have to wait over a month to receive something that I order. That's very excessive of a wait.

Initially, I had some problems on a return items but the wonderful things about it.They made good
On my request so I praise each and everyone of them for putting up with my insults and thank you for all your help and consideration(job well done) also before I forget,,, my Fiance thanks as well

I ordered a Silver band ring January 16. It is now February 19. I do not have it and I am being asked to rate my shopping experience. So, that's what I am doing.

I did write the company February 1 and was told it was still being manufactured. The tracking said it was released from customs on February 17.

It was a beautiful ring, but I spent over 100 and something on the ring. And with how much i spent on it the rose gold should not be coming off.

I was a little worried when I first ordered i seen some negative reviews. My experience was decent. I ordered on the Jan16th, received it on Feb 18th, roughly a month. The customer support responded in a very timely manner I have screenshots if the emails, they have responded to every single one. The box is super cute and the gift wrapping.

Couldnt get paypal to come up other than that was great love my ring

I placed an order January 12,2025 I needed the items for Valentines Day. I contacted customer service and asked for a refund because it was still in production after three weeks. The lady Ivy asked me to be patient I told her know I need the items by 2/14/25 and there not going to get here in time and I brought something else. She ignored me telling me to be patient and she will give me a refund of 10USD. I said no I want my money back. So she then tells me on day 5 of me keep asking for my money back she says oh its out of production and is now being shipped. She refused to stop production and give me my money back as I requested. Now I have to refuse the package and have it sent back. I know longer need it and I want my money back. I will never use this company again. BUYERS BEWARE. I wish I had read the reviews before even dealing with this company!

Good attention, service, the ring is elegant, beautiful and well package.

Made my purchase and was charged watched the tracking and never received item. Waited a week, checked with my Postal Office and surrounding neighbors ring was no where to be found. Waiting to see how this will be corrected.

The ring was beautiful and perfect! And of course, SHE SAID YES! Though I was running into issues with customer service. I live in the US and it seemed like the only time people could reach back out to me when I was in bed asleep. And we played tag every chance we got. And they weren't much help with questions I had. Loved the ring though! Just wasn't too pleased with customer service or delivery times

I purchased a ring a month before my anniversary and payed for expedited shipping got the ring late also tried to cancel the ring they did not allow me to, had absolutely almost no response to correspondence! Then refused to give me a refund on the ring as well as expedited shipping! I will NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE AGAIN!

Ordered a couple rings and it took them forever to tell me they were out of stock then they gave me a different choice which I accepted but of course they took forever to send them so I canceled the order. Therefore my Valentine is ruined. TERRIBLE COMPANY SHOULD BE OUT OF BUSINESS!
