I was really excited about one of the rings that would have been perfect if the sapphire was amethyst! Guess what? Joancee was able to customize the stone! I'm in love with my ring!

It takes a while to get your product and don't forget there is a transaction money exchange fee to use a credit/debit card or Pay Pal. Their product meets or exceed expectations.

I must admit the ring is very pretty. The unfortunate part was I chose the bigger stone which is little too BIG for my liking. The smaller stone would have looked less costume like.

Had to call about my ring had been over 2 weeks and had heard nothing and they said it shipped but was actually sitting in china over 2 weeks. I had no idea this ring was from china when I ordered it. Once received ring was beautiful and I would order from them again.

Not bad had to wait a little bit, took a couples weeks. It was delivered by USPS.

I gambled on a small but important order, a sterling silver exact size ring. It arrived promptly, was packaged in stylish wrapping, and was perfectly manufactured, well polished, stamped.925. I was order again with no hesitation.

It took a long time for the order to come in. You guys do not have a 800 number customer service number and it takes a long time for you guys to respond to email. It have to be a better system. Thank you.

Very angry the delivery was late had to put off the engagement worst part is they didn't have it engraved with what I wanted on it.

Ring was great but I paid for engraving and didn't get it. Paid for three day shipping got it 3 weeks later. That's why I gave it 3 stars. Wanted to give 2.5. I reached out to customer service and it's email which took them a week to reply
