I honestly feel like it's a scam, it's been over a month and I still don't have my order. It was supposed too been here 16 days ago. Don't waste your money.

I ordered on the 28th of January and paid for 9-12 day shipping. I received my package on March 1st. During the wait I contacted Customer Service. Customer Service gave me a mediocre response to keep me waiting. They really didn't do much to resolve my issue.

I didn't receive my merchandise, I couldn't get in contact with anyone for tracking. The tracking information site didn't work. Suppose to take 2 weeks to get and waited over a month and still no ring.

I purchased this ring back in January just got it yesterday March I emailed several times with no response. I paid for the expedited shipping and it still took over a month to get my ring yes they did refund the expedited shipping but definitely took way to long especially for them to respond.

Pleasant but did not send what i ordered. I ordered size 5 ruby ring for my 25th anniversary and sent 2 ugly rings that I didn't order.

I placed the order over a month ago, I've reached out multiple times and never hey a response that helps, nor have I received the item or the money

They have a lot of good product,however my delivery time was not on time as stated and there communication is not very good.

The shopping experience was great. However I do not like how they don't send you updates on your order. I had to email them over n over to get information on my order. I never even got a tracking email, it was so different from my first experience. Overall I love my ring, it's beautiful and everything I expected it to be.

I love I will need one more but with the ring being flat at the top instead of round

Rings are beautiful and fit nicely however the gift box that came even though it was free was broken and cannot be used. The customer service was slow, I had to send multiple messages to figure out where the package was. Other than that the quality of the products are nice

Paid 29$ for express shipping. Been over a month still haven't received my ring.

Everything is wrong, they took a while to produce my rings, they are taking more than 1 month to send me my purchase, I wrote to them and they only say "sorry, we have an overload of work" if they can't produce something they shouldn't sell, they made me pay for shipping in 6 to 8 days and to this day it hasn't arrived, rubbish and I don't buy anything else on that page

My ring is stunning. Good quality. I wouldnt pay any extra for a faster shipping because it cam the same time frame as regular shipping

Well, I would love to give a review of this product, but I have yet to receive it after 40 days. What a runaround I have been given! If I ever get my product, maybe I'll give a better review, but probably not.
