It does take a while to receive your rings but it's worth the wait and customer service should get back with you faster or have a number to call but other than that i love both rings I ordered

Horrible experience took forever to get it order before valentine day didn't get it til end of the month never again order from joancee again very dissatisfied with everything.

I paid for expedited shipping and did not receive it in the timeframe I paid extra for. Thankfully I was refunded that extra amount after I received my item. That did taint my experience, but the product is nice.

Order over a month ago. Emailed them over 2 weeks ago about my order. Finally received email back offering 10% refund and they'd shop out my item immediately. I said yes, item shipped and still waiting. Again, it's been 2 weeks since they shipped it.

It took 3 weeks too long to get it. Overall it took 6 weeks from order date to delivery.

The ring is beautiful. Just have to be very patient while they make it..

Customer service by email is poor. You have to wait 3-5 days just to receive an email back on a situation.

I'm still waiting for a response to my return authorization and address to send it back to them. It has been delayed for several days.

I ordered a ring and then five minutes later changed my mind so I immediately sent a message to cancel my order. By the time someone responded days later that person told me it had already been shipped. And I was going to send it back and get a refund however it would cost 200 dollars to ship internationally. So now I'm stuck with a ring I don't want.

As far as getting your money's worth yes absolutely true. The shipping time was not as good as I thought it would be. So if you have a special occasion then order way ahead of time.

I was sent an email 5 DAYS AGO, saying my order had been delivered, it had nor has been received by me yet. Not at the post office, it's not at my mailbox, and it didn't arrive via fed ex, either. Im very unhappy. I

It was a long wait but it was total worth it! I absolutely love my ring set!

The rings were just beautiful, the right size, I love them, just took so long to receive.
