It took a month for me to receive my rings, I paid to have it delivered within 8 to 10 days. I do not recommend paying to receive it earlier. I never received the refund of the $17.00 I paid. The rings are stunning. I will purchase from them again.
I ordered a sterling silver and amethyst ring. The pictures were amazing. I hoped it looked that way. I received the ring, the package was an incredible presentation. The ring is so much better in person. Joancee has my business for life.
It took so long to receive it and now I need to return it because is not engraving and too small and Im waiting for response to return it and nothing. They're cute

The product arrived as described. The shipping takes too long. I ordered this item for Valentine's Day and it took almost a month to arrive. I also paid for quicker shipping. Was not aware the item was originating out of China.

I ordered on February 6. Is paid already and is March 11 and my order still with the status shipped. I contact customer service, they provide me a tracking number the fourth time that I wrote them. This tracking number dont give the status for days! Very upset! I hace to buy another pair of rings because the order is not on time. Waste of money and time.
