Although delivery took longer than we hoped for, and the inscription was very tiny, the ring is absolutely beautiful! Even more than we expected. When shipping was taking long, I reached out and got immediate responses. Would order from here again.
I purchased a ring after several weeks I finally contacted the company because my tracking number said delivered, not to mention it took a super long time before it was even had a tracking number. 3/4 weeks. I reached out to customer service and was told it is not there problem and they could send a replacement. Not an option it was a present so I had to buy something else. I asked for a refund, and still not their fault so they will give me 60% back which leaves me out $70. So I had to buy another present to replace the one I had already bought and still not there problem! Don't waste your time or money! No guarantee on merchandise or money back! Btw…. I have a front camera! Package was never delivered or left at my address. I watched 3 days of movement from the postal date that said delivered!
The ring itself is beautiful, however, the band that I got with the ring doesn't sit flush on the finger. If the band and ring fit perfectly together, this would be my favorite purchase from this site.
Careful- they'll send it to you days after they initially say with some items missing…
They have a 30 day return policy. Only thing is it was going to cost me 68.00 to send back 117.00 worth of mdse. And that mdse was a piece of junk..
