I paid extra for 3 day shipping, shipping took a lot longer than 3 days, when I asked just for my shipping refunded because I could have had free shipping and received it at the same time, they said no. I will never buy from them again. The ring is fine, but honestly, the ring I bought from Jeulia seems like it is much better quality. The thing is, if you can't guarantee 3 day shipping, which you shouldn't if you are shipping from China, then you shouldn't offer it. Just expect your jewelry a month after you purchase it, and don't pay extra for shipping, just do the cheapest one.

The rings I ordered are beautiful but I chose one and wanted to return the others. It took a long time to answer and when they did, they kept trying to give me in store credit. I had to email them back and forth multiple times and finally they agreed to a refund but with a 35% re-stocking fee. Not only that but I have to pay for shipping internationally. The product is great but the customer service and policies are not. I just wanted a simple refund for my returns without hassle.

Horrible experience trying to get someone to respond to my inquiries regarding a return. The return policy has to be 30 days from date order was received but the product takes 3 weeks to even arrive. Product is shipped from California but to return they required approval, USPS priority express return shipping to China and tell you it could take a long time to process the refund due to Covid-19 issues. The ring was beautiful but a product is only is good as the company that seeks the product.

There was no information on the processing time for the rings I ordered. Even after emailing the company, they still couldn't provide a processing time. And this was upsetting. Order placed on Sept 10 didn't ship until Sept 23 and was delivered Oct 5. It wouldn't have been an issue if the website said something as simple as "processing may take up to 2 weeks" for the rings I ordered. Just something to set proper expectations for a buyer. But there was no information whatsoever on the processing time & so I wanted to cancel my order because I became suspicious. But thankfully I didn't cancel it. The rings are BEAUTIFUL! And I just hope they stay that way.

Paid $25 for 3 day expedited shipping, but did not receive the ring for a month. I contacted customer service for a refund on the expedited shipping fee and they refused to provide any refund.

When I did receive the ring, it was a lot different from the ring pictured. I once again reached out to customer service to advise them of the differences in the rings with full detail and provided pictures. They once again refused to provide any kind of refund unless I sent the ring back and paid for return shipping. I explained that this was not anything done in my error and that they provided me with a ring that was not the same as what I ordered and I should not have to pay anything. I have not been going back-and-forth with this company for weeks, it is just ridiculous. I'm ready just to take a loss but I want it to be known to everyone not to deal with this company because it is a scam and more of a headache than anything,

I found Joancee's website through a Google search and was very pleased with the range of products they offer. I decided to buy two rings to figure out which one I liked more, then keep one and return the other. The first snag in my experience with this business is the long time between purchase and delivery. Most customers expect order processing to take a 1-2 business days at most, but Joancee's processing time took weeks. Additionally, the products were being shipped from China which further extends the delivery time. After about 2.5 weeks, I had to email customer service myself to ask where my order was and they responded explaining their extensive processing time. A day or so later, they sent an email stating that my package had shipped and that the tracking number was embedded in the email, only to find it missing. I emailed customer service yet again for the tracking number and they provided it to me. For some reason, the package was logged as delivered 5 days prior to me receiving the packing number, but I couldn't find it anywhere (most of my packages get securely delivered to my front door). Thankfully, I eventually received my package and the products came as expected. The packaging was beautiful and the rings I ordered looked just as nice as advertised. I cannot speak on the product's longevity of course, but they did provide a polishing cloth for the jewelry.

My biggest issue with this company stems from my interactions with customer service. They often took very long to respond to my emails and their correspondence to my complaints were often incomplete. I'm grateful for actually getting what I ordered (they have scarily bad BBB reviews and many customers stated that they never received their products or that they received it unreasonably late, especially after paying for express shipping, which I can 100% believe).
