Zero communication delivery took forever.
Had to use third and fourth party tracking in chinese.

I ordered a ring and I've requested you send me a shipping label to send it back and you have not responded and your service really sucks. You were three weeks before you even made contact and send a tracking number and the dam thing was in China. So I would never recommend you. Your a piss poor business to do business with.

It said it would have came in 7-12 business days but it took way longer than that. I am still very glad I got it bc I love the ring it is perfect for my one year anniversary present for my boyfriend.

There was a mix up at first related to billing. My card kept going through but no price was entered. That was a little shady, but I loved my product.

The ordering experience was easy. The website could not possibly give any justice to the beauty of this ring. Once you have it in your finger you are going to absolutely fall in love with it. I have gotten so many compliments on this ring. Be prepared because the shipping is a little slower but it is worth the wait. Ordering from this company has been a great experience.

The end product is just beautiful. The wait was longer than anticipated and was not clearly explained when order was placed. But I have to say they promised to rush order and the product did not disappoint. It is beautiful.

Overall we love our item and the website was easy to use, first time we ordered it instantly went to fraud detection. We got that handled and then proceeded to reorder and the site glitched and put in our order with no billing information. So then we had to order for a 3rd time and everything went smoothly. We selected the expedited shipping (3 business days) and paid $25 for it. My shipping information was released on the 17th and we didn't receive our item until the 27th. We were starting to worry but it finally showed up.

The rings are both one size larger than what i ordered

It took awhile to be shipped out but once it was shipped it arrived in a timely manner. The ring is just beautiful and exactly what I was expecting. The packaging is amazing. I would buy again from this company and do recommend their jewelry.

I ordered on 8/28, paid for 3 day expedited shipping. I didn't receive my order until 9/15.

It was nice but a bit on the high end for the product.

For whatever reason the package was turned back. Joancee staff quickly corrected the problem though and the package then was delivered. They do beautiful work with their jewelry!
