I did have some issues with tracking but customer service was very responsive. I received the ring securely and am very satisfied with my order.

When checking out, it states delivery will be between 7-10 days. It took me a whole month to get what I ordered. Not only that but they didn't contact me to let me know it was running late. I had to send them a message!

Took a little longer than expected to receive item

The ring I ordered is truly beautiful, but one of the stones came out the second time I wore it. Normally I would return an item if that happened, but for as long as it took me to receive the item I did not want to risk sending back and having to wait for another one.

The ring it's self is gorgeous. It is NOT 6-10 day shipping. Took at least a month if not longer

Great experience ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL RING I ordered size 6 could've ordered 5 1/2 but I'm not sending back I'll use a insert ring sizer.

Don't buy 3 day shipping this took more than a month and a half to deliver and that was fastest shipping. The ring is nice but the service and shipping is a lie. If you plan to surprise someone don't get it you won't get it for a longggg time.

I bought a beautiful sapphire ring for a 75th birthday gift with a special engraving. It was so beautifully designed, gift boxed and delivered that she was moved to tears. Will definitely be using Joancee for future special occasion needs.

My ring is absolutely gorgeous! I bought it as a ring to wear in place of my actual wedding set for when I travel but to be honest, I don't even know if I want to travel with my Joancee ring. It's just that beautiful. The sizing is perfect. So far I've only worn it once around the house so we shall see how it does when I go on vacation in a few weeks. But for now, I am already looking for my next ring to buy.

Slow service with very little tracking or none at all

I got this for me and my gf and I was surprised for the price the ring is very good quality and we are both happy with the product will use this service again.

It took longer than expected to get my rings even though I paid for expired shipping. The rings are pretty but they do not stack together. I want to return them and try something else.

What ever you buy from this site you better love it because their return policy is horrible. You have to jump through all these hoops, send pictures, multiple emails to request a return and then are told you have to pay international shipping to China to return the item which costs upwards of $40 for a ring. Then they tell you that you will not be refunded for the original outbound shipping and may be charged what it cost them to ship the ring to you... mind you not the shipping price you paid but their actual cost. Worst customer service experience ever!

I liked the ring that I ordered. It looked good quality and was really gorgeous. The only issue I had was that it came really late. I had ordered the ring for my niece's birthday since she had been wanting a blue sapphire ring. But it came a week late and I had asked for express shipping so it would come here on time. Other than that, it was good.
