The ring is beautiful, she loves it. Shipping method said 7-12 business days. I got it maybe 20-25 business days. Very disappointed as I was late on getting proposal as special as it should have been.

They are horrible you can only speak online and they don't take responsibility for their mistakes I ordered my ring in July never received or never received my requested refund I will never shop with this company again!

I really like the ring, fit well, looks great and a very great price. The only complaint is it took 18 business days for them to ship the ring when the order form said it would take (7-12 business days)
Shipping took much longer than what was stated in the advertisement. My emails were answered that my ring was shipped but didn't realize it was coming from China. Having been scammed by a few companies that I have tried to purchase merchandise from Facebook ads I was apprehensive. After a month the ring did finally show up and I am happy with it.
I can't get a response for how I can apply for the "guaranteed 30 day refund"
Order was placed over 5 weeks ago and still waiting for merchandise. Contacted customer support 1 week ago and was advised they would expedite order and would let me know something asap…website says order is "waiting to be shipped"… it has said this over a week and still nothing. Even if the product is top notch, I won't order from this company again. My payment cleared the bank the day after I ordered but merchandise sits in waiting to be shipped status over a week? Nope, not again.
On October 4,2022 I ordered my Wedding Bands. I paid the $25 shipping for 1-3 business days. At the time it said production is 7-9 days. With that, I should have received them no later than 12 days after my order. Tomorrow will be one month. I already got married and had to purchase different rings from another place. I am STILL waiting and all I am being told is that they are held up in customs which is not true because when I checked a few days ago they were in Los Angeles, and it specifically said, "Cleared by Customs". This is such a bad experience and all I was offered was $10 refund? I still want my order, but I should get some sort of refund, more than $10. Very Dissatisfied. My name now is Sandee Richmond, but the order is under Sandee Trivigno.
The ring I purchased doesn't fit. And they don't care if they sent the wrong size. They want to make me pay for return shipping! They're too quick to get the payment but it takes forever to get a reply to the complaint! I WILL NEVER EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN. I HOPE EVERYONE DOESN'T HAVE THE SAME AWFUL EXPERIENCE. I AM VERY, VERY DISAPPOINTED! And worst, the issue hasn't still resolved!
The only put my city and state when shipped not the full address so my ring made it to my city and was then processed for return to sender and i have yet to receive an email or my ring! Highly disappointed.

It took 3 weeks before I reached out to them... and asked them if that was typical to wait 3 weeks before they even shipped an order... They apologized after that email I got it within a week...
Altogether great! Happy with purchase and the wonderful packaging it came in!
The shipping took over 2 months and I never received it after it said delivered. It's a scam and I will not recommend anyone to buy from this site
