The ring was gorgeous! And my girlfriend loved it. My only complaint was that I passed for 3-6 day shipping. But it took almost 2 weeks just for the shipping. I know it's not joancee's fault. But you may want to tell the shipping company used to be aware of expedited shipping that was paid for.

It seems like there is a time lag between placing the order and when the order is fulfilled. I do not recall that the estimated time to deliver the product was shown.

I place my order on Dec 12,2022 and received it on Jan 3.2023. This was a Christmas gift to my wife. Better late than never I guess. I chose the free shipping option. I am very satisfied with the product that received, my wife is love the ring as well. My only issue is the time frame to get the order wish it could have been sooner. There is a lot of horrible experiences base on the reviews. I reached out via email because I was getting concerned that I had been scam. They responded appropriately with shipping information. They are legit and I am pleased.

Ordered December 2,2022 anticipating having for Christmas gift for my wife. Still not received by December 26. Lousy service!

Ordered a product from them in August. Never received it. Tried to communicate with them numerous times only to get vague responses with no follow through. Don't buy from them.

I absolutely will never be buying from this site again. One because there's no contact number you have to go back and forth on and email. And I paid for extras fast shipping and it's been a week since it's shipped and still isn't here I ordered my ring on the 4 th and it isn't even on the way and every email I have sent asking for a refund on and the extra money I spent on shipping they "kindly" to tell me to be patient and give excuses and excuses and KEEP changing the normal time for "delivery" and " processing"
