Well i finally received my order almost a month after I placed the order. I think in the future you need to make it clear to customers how long it takes to receive their orders when they're ordering.

It took forever to get my ring, I paid for 3 day shipping and didn't get it for a month, then you can never get ahold of anyone the same day, it takes almost a week for a response, try and do a return or exchange before your 30 days and it takes that long just to get an answer if you can even do a return or exchange, wish you could be faster on your responses!

This is my first time the ring is beautiful I can't wait to wear it I paid to have something wrote on the inside and it came with out the massage on the inside

I'm battling communication that comes in weeks and doesn't answer your concern. I paid $25 expidited 3 day delivery. I understand the processing time but more than a month later still nothing. No package! I however, did receive one that was ordered after this one with standard delivery that's why I gave 2 stars. The rings are good costume Jewelry that came in a nice cardboard jewelry box. I've been trying to ask them about the first ring that i paid extra for because it was for a special occasion. It's the one that caught my eye to order in the first place. The tracking is in the same place and I can't get anyone to give me a resolution. I asked either to send me another ring while they figure out what happens to their shipping company or a refund. They say they are looking into it but nothing since. Everyday goes by No package.

Very easy to navigate and find what your looking for.

It took quite a while for my ring to show up, but I wear an uncommon size so I know it had to be made special. It also came from China. But overall, no real problems and it hasn't turned my finger green, which is my main problem with most jewelry.

I was very disappointed with the ring. It is way too big (the actual size of the ring) and it looks fake. I had every intention of wearing it as my wedding ring, but I can't wear it. It is way too gawdy. Very disappointed.

Love the ring I bought for myself, getting hubby one now!
