Took a bit longer then anticipated to receive. But the rings are beautiful

Very easy experience overall, and very quick response time to my email inquiry.

I ordered 4 weeks before I proposed to my girlfriend and was scared it wouldn't get to me due to I never notice it takes longer if you add writing to the ring. 10 days went by and still no depatch so I emailed them to ask if it would get back to me on time, they advised they will ship it out next day and send me tracker number, they responded each time to me within 24hrs, the ring actually came 12 days after, which surprised me as I've seen some reviews saying they never get there's until like 4/5 weeks. I'm glad it worked out for me as my girlfriend will be happy now.

I absolutely love the look and quality of this ring. This is my "travel" ring and it is completely radiant!

I love jewelry that looks like its worth thousands of dollars, but its priced in the hundreds range. Sterling silver, princess cut, cubic zirconia are my thing and I will only wear cheap jewelry, but look like a million bucks wearing it. The price of this ring was too good to pass up and the ring itself is too gorgeous not to purchase. I will be purchasing more jewelry soon.

The rings seem to run a bit small. I ordered a size up from my normal size and it's a tight fit. Rings look great though and for the price you can't go wrong.

Was supposed to come with a gift bag. I never received it. I got the jewelry though. The bag was supposed to be free, just never came.

It was good. The ring took longer than expected to get here, but I knew from the time it takes for the product to even sent out.

Easily usable website made ordering very simple. Extremely happy that much of your ring collection is available in larger sizes even for women's rings. I wear a 12, so usually difficult to find rings.
Only unhappy point is the lack of contact. Confirmation of order was received but absolutely NO CONTACT regarding rings are in production or rings are shipped. As it was an important order(for me anyway), knowing at what point my rings were at would have made things much less stressful.
I will be ordering again though as I've fallen in love with some other pieces.
