It is big and bulky especially on the sides between fingers. Looked nothing like picture especially the men's ring.

It was decent, although I was supposed to get 15% off and didn't. I also received no tracking number and my order took far longer than estimated to arrive. The ring is nice but I'd probably recommend a company with more efficient shipping and communication.

I ordered the wrong size and you wouldn't let me return it due to the little white tag being removed. It was only tried on and then put back in the box so it should have been accepted in an exchange at least.

I ordered ring for girl friends birthday. I paid extra for expedited shopping and still came 2 weeks after her birthday. Never again.

Navigating through the website was easy. However, it was advertised that I would receive my package by 4/20/22. My package wasn't received until 5/3/22. It took a while to get a response from customer service when I reached out regarding the status of my order.

Experience was good but you make it so difficult to return. However, your product is beautiful. A little difficult to see the the size you should have a pic with a woman wearing it on all.

I was a little on edge because it took a month for my ring sets to come. It was standard shipping but it was only suppose to take up to 2 weeks but it took a month. The items came and I was very impressed with the quality of everything. I love the white sapphire. It actually blings blings more than diamonds and the fact that it is a real stone and the metal is real. And they actually have a year warrenty. The gift box was absolutely adorable. My husband to be tells me to stop putting the ring on until the wedding ceramony in 2 months but I can't help myself from sneaking and putting it on even for a few minutes every now and then because its soo beautiful.
