Customer service jumped all over my 2 * review and did everything possible to make right each one of my complaints. "Liz" was very persistent in emailing and calling me until we finally got together over the phone. She explained how jClub works with its product providers and distribution team to provide the best quality products at lowest possible prices and that when an item is inferior, damaged, or not as advertised, jClub customer service will quickly correct the problem. I am fully satisfied with jClub's response to my comments and complaints. I will definite buy from jClub again!
There really should be an investigation into the quoted "list price" of offerings. I suspect that the retail price is inflated to make the jClub price appear to be "70% off" or "90%off". I ordered a number of small items and some clothing and none of what I ordered would have been able to command the "list price" shown. Many retail stores were recently cited for that kind of false advertising by the Federal Trade Commission (I think). Buyers should be careful. If it has an incredible "jClub price", it probably is, and the quality will confirm that.
I placed my first order with jClub today and realized I made a mistake on entering the discount code. First off I did not have to wait very long before I was able to speak with an agent, Evita. She quickly understood my problem and reviewed my order and painstakingly (on her part), went into each product that I ordered and adjusted the price to reflect the discount. I have dealt with many Customer Service agents but none of them compare to the professionalism, knowledge, and courtesy that Evita displayed. I will be using jClub first for any of my future needs because of this experience and urge others to do so as well.
This was my first purchase, compression stockings for my son. It took longer than expected to receive, but the problem was that the USPS sent the package to another state, even though it was addressed correctly! Evita from customer service was great, helpful and even followed up to make sure that I received the package!
I would like to thank jClub for their swift service and responses. I had a problem with a product and emailed them immediately. Their response was quite speedy. I would recommend them to anyone, and I will continue to work with them.

If you are like me and have already started Christmas Shopping, no need to shop any where else. jClub.com has the best prices on the Internet. More importantly they have a great customer service team, that will even help you find gifts for your loved ones. I had the pleasure of speaking to a customer service representative by the name of Stephanie who was so polite and helpful, I just wished every company I dealt with had someone like her to help customers.
The site is EXCELLENT to browse through and make purchases. Payment is easy and customer service is the best. You really are giving Amazon a run for their money.

This was my first purchase here. Item was regular 39.99 on sale for 14.99 with additional 18% off! I filled out the whole order but when I tried to click on the "complete my order" box, nothing happened. Bottom of screen had box for contacting customer service which I did. I was not expecting such an immediate reply! My problem was solved and I am awaiting my merchandise. There is free delivery and it all seems too good to be true but I will definitely be back here often.

I love JClub! I love the quality of the products and the prices are amazing. Plus the shipping is free and so are returns. What other online shopping site gives you all this, all the time? I haven't found another one. That's for sure. Plus, I can almost always find exactly what I'm looking for. What more can I say, it's just a great site and I strongly suggest you give it a try. I have never in my 61 years written a review, good or bad, so that should say something right there! The only other thing I can say is have fun shopping and I hope you find what you're looking for!

I bought an item that didn't work but I waited too long before contacting jClub. Even so they gave me a $5 credit code towards my next purchase. Thanks jClub for putting the customer first.

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
