I was very excited to go on the web site because it had so much to offer in many areas. This is the first time I have ordered from them. I look forward to receiving all my items so I can determine the quality and each items so I can order more items. I will let friends and family about this site.

I ordered three items and only two showed up. I received an email telling me all items had been delivered. When I said they were not, I received a very prompt response and within a day the missing item was shipped.

I received my order only to find out it was defective. I considered doing nothing about it and eating the cost because I dread online returns. It always seems to be such an ordeal to resolve problems with online orders - sometimes taking nearly a week of emails back and forth. Since Ive never dealt with JClub before I figured I would go ahead and contact them. To my delight, not only was my email answered quickly, I received quick resolution and they are shipping me a replacement in less than 48 hours. I will definitely continue ordering through JClub and recommend them to my friends and family.
I have made several different purchases thru JClub such as shoes, clothing, curtains, electronics. I have had always got exactly what their site shows and described. My satisfaction rating is 100 percent. I trust their site is secure and products offered are great prices with quality items. Delivery is quick too!
I have placed one order so far and was really happy. Fast and free shipping and free returns you really can't go wrong with that! They have a great selection with reasonable prices plus they send promo codes to my email! I will be using this site often for my online shopping needs.
I have had no problems with this site. The items I purchased were delivered in a timely manner and arrived as shown. I made a mistake when ordering some bras and they were kind enough to allow me to return them and I received my refund as expected. Customer Service (a dying concept!) was great and were patient and kind with me (thanks, Jeremy!)
The three mystery dresses are good choices. I was surprised that they fit into my fashion trend. Every item from Jclub has been of high quality. I really love my sheets, duvet set, and the items for foot care.
I had something in my cart for Christmas and couldn't get my password. Got special help that gave me a new password to get my order in time.
I placed an order on December 4 only because the expected delivery date was December 9 and that was the date of our Company Christmas party. I understand it states to allow more days "sometimes." These were to be the gifts for the wives of our employees. As of today, December 8th THEY HAVE NOT EVEN SHIPPED!. I ordered from Costco, Amazon and Zoro the same day and received my product in 2 - 3 days. When I asked if I could expedite shipping that was not an option. I asked if they could contact the supplier, yes - but it takes 48 hours for an answer. Not acceptable. They told me it was stated something about 5 days for processing - we are into 5 days and NO SHIPPING! I am not forced to stand in front of 120 employees and apologize for the lack of gifts to the wives of my employees. Never will I use this site again! The savings is not worth it...
I returned some unopened, brand new product to them valued at $150 and they refused to refund the money. After an hour of telling me they were a great company, they still refused to refund the money. I finally realized my money was gone forever. The products I decided to keep were very cheap quality.
We have now ordered over 10 separate items and every one was shipped fast and correctly. We are very pleased with the speed & quality of the items. We contacted customer service one time about a coupon code and they answered within a couple of hours with a solution.

I love this Club! Any problem I have is ALWAYS taken care of and the representives are the best! Not to mention the prices. I actually thought I was buying junk so I gave it a chance. Not so. Anything on here has the same quality as Amazon etc. My new to go shopping place!

So I have yet to purchase anything from jclub. However I had a few questions about products, procedures and promos (oh my!) and opted to reach out using live chat first. I spoke with Chantel and she was very informative which is always a plus. Next I called in because they say you should always call and hear a live voice before shopping on unfamiliar sites, so I did. I spoke with Chantel again! We might be destined to be friends (if jclub even reads these). Once again she was very helpful and explained things to me that I should know but don't (blame the age!) I digress, she was great! So far I am quite comfortable with placing my first purchase with them and I do hope that it continues to go well. Mama loves a bargain and holidays are coming faster than a runaway train! (the point: excellent customer service means even if there should be an issue I at least know the reps are going to help and be nice about it.
I have ordered several times from jClub and have found the products received pretty much as advertised - decent pricing and decent quality. One order had not shipped as soon as others had, so I contacted them and the customer service was wonderful (quick response and issue resolved immediately). Another time I received a similar item but not the exact one ordered, but when I contacted them they were SO helpful getting the correct item shipped out right away and asked that I not return the other item due to their error (which I was able to donate to a charity). All other orders were received in a timely fashion, packaged well and I have been so pleased with my shopping experiences with jClub. Would recommend to friends and family.
I have ordered about a dozen items, all of them perfect except one. I contacted their customer service department and their rep Chantel returned my email request immediately. She made the return process so easy. I love this company and their merchandise and employess!
I purchased a knife sharpener from them and found the same item locally for less. I contacted customer service and got an immediate replay with a return label attached. I appreciated the fast customer service.

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
