Do not sign up for jClub because you can never get the emails to stop. I never signed up for this and I have tried unsubscribing several times. It is SPAM.
Most of the products are junk. You really do get what you pay for or it comes from China. Also jclub say's free returns, buyer be ware. ONLY IF IT's DEFECTIVE.
But no one will give me answer if they Refund your money!

I was apprehensive about purchasing from jClub after being left without receiving either my order or refund when prior company just disappeared. I tried ordering anyway a few items and was very pleased. I needed to return one of the items and I received return postage within 20 minutes of my request. My account was credited without question upon receipt of returned items. I even got a credit for the money I lost with previous company! Excellent customer service and I love not having to pay for postage...
There free so called. Gift took 3months to get the cheapest piece of jewelry I ever got fell apart trying it on... dress size way off,... not happy with them at all...
I have to make multiple returns due to product issues and each time jClub was polite and honest. No charge shipping either direction is a great comfort when ordering. I recommend this company to my friends.

I am on SSI and I am trying to support my mother the best I can. I may only eat once every 2 days but I make sure that my mother gets at least 3 meals a day. I have lost 178lbs just to make sure that my mother is fed but I don't know how much longer I can do this. I am ALL she has & I don't want to leave her without protection & support but "I WILL ALWAYS" feed and take care of my mother first! These bastards ripped me off and they NEED to be held accountable for what they have done to me & ALL of the others they have so willfully & freely chosen to rip-off! WHAT DO I DO? I ordered a number of items, and wound up keeping only one. I requested and received return slips for all of the items. I packaged the items in their original bags, sealed and attached return labels. Rather than mail each back separately, I put all of the items into one of the return bags. Initially, the only return that was recorded as sent back was the one that had all the other items in it. A quick email to their support staff outlining what I did with the various RMA numbers and the issue was corrected quickly, with refunds for all the other items.
Next time with this and any other retailer, I will just mail them all back individually, rather than in one shipment so this doesn't happen again! However, it was really easy and quick to get this issue resolved. Will definitely shop here again!
I trust this site to give me value for my money and have placed several orders with them. I had a question about an item I was interested in purchasing and they answered my email within an hour! This is exceptional Customer Service and I do not hesitate to recommend them.

I can NOT UNSUBSCRIBE FROM YOU! Unlike a similar reviewer, I can click on the link with no error message, but IT DOESN'T WORK! I did not subscribe to you in the first place, have no interest in your emails and am getting sometimes several per day. I HATE websites like this that won't let you unsubscribe. I will never buy ONE THING from you as long as you won't let people unsubscribe.
Purchased a sale item that didn't fit. Didn't realize at time of order that it was not returnable. When I contacted JClub I was informed of policy. However, because of my lack of policy knowledge, JClub refunded the total amount. Will recommend this company to everyone.
Recently purchased something that didn't work for me so I had to return it to jclub. Everyone in their customer service department were courteous and helpful. They bent over backwards to make sure I was satisfied and since I had to return the item they issued a credit immediately. Just a great company with wonderful prices and a caring support team!

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
