Got the item I ordered. It was exactly as described, shipping is a little slow but for the price not bad.
They were awesome when they were No More Rack but since changing to Choxi I have had horrible experiences with them. Customer Service Sucks! Its the worst, so much so that I told them to remove my name and address from their records.
Choxi was very good taking care of any problem I had and real quick in refunding any money owed. Thanks Choxi
It took well over a month to receive my jacket and numerous emails to customer service before it was reordered. Since I needed it for a gift, I ended up at the store purchasing something else and ended up giving the jacket to a homeless person. Because of this experience, I probably not shop with Choxi again.
Ordered bras and you didn't have any to ship.
Your customer service was good and refunded my $ but i still don't have the bras I need.
I have bought several items from Choxi many times and in the beginning they were great, but towards my last purchases I was greatly disappointed. Customer responae was not good at all. Trying to find out where my orders were was not easy.
The customer service is nice enough but I have had several items that took over 3 weeks just to be ready to ship. Some items didn't even arrive with all of the appropriate accessories. So even though the customer service team helped me resolve these issues, there were simply too many too often to continue using this site. Also, I can find similar or exactly the same items cheaper elsewhere.
The experience was quick and easy. Haven't received merchandise as of yet. Order made on march 29th.
I have ordered from Choxi several times in the past and I have never had to wait this long for any item. I was disappointed this time.
When Choxi gets things right they do it well.
The merchandise isn't quite as nice as they make it out to be.

Ordered a rechargeable electric shaver in February 2016. It is now April 9th and still have not received product. Contacted customer service twice-still no shaver!
I ordered this item on March 5th it is now April 10 and I have not received any information on my order.
Overall, I'm pleased with what I purchased through Choxi. The charging cord took a long time to arrive and is very slow when in use, but the other items all arrived quickly or reasonably quickly, and have been of very high quality.
Had a great shopping experience with Choxi. I would highly recommend this website to others.

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
