I purchase jewelry all the time from Choxi but this purchase of a Gold tone cross with black diamonds was a big disappointment. It didn't meet the standards of jewelry I have purchased before. I sent it back and am awaiting the refund to be processed and that is why I gave it only three stars. If I get my money back then it will be a five stars.
Not happy almost a month ago I placed a order and still have not gotten 4 things this is not good but insure my credit card has been charge not happy
I reached out to Choxi to inquire about an order that I had not received. They informed me that the manufacturer would not be able to fill the order. They credited my account and apologized for the delay.
I have never had a problem with anything or anyone at Choxi. Everyone is nice and I get my stuff quickly and it arrives in one piece. I plan on staying with Choxi for a long time.
The customer service reps are nice, but the companies policies are greatly lacking as far as serving the customer. Issuing a store credit for returned merchandise should be handled like cash, with no restrictions placed upon the credit. After going through these issues multiple times, I decided to stop buying from Choxi because the policy isn't right.
I needed to have my purchase sent to my address but with a C/O to my tenant as I had a forwarding order in place for my mail while I was away. Long story short, somehow CHOXI managed to contact the supplier and change the address to a C/O address. Great service for a $10 item!
I love everything i buy from choxi, no complaints from me. I am very satisfied with all their products. Very fast delivery, and VERY HELPFUL COSTUMER SERVICE...
I ordered suitcases on February 28. It is now April 13 and I haven't heard from choxi even tho I have requested status updates.

When I receive my merchandise, it's almost always just what I expected. But, I haven't received or heard anything about a mattress pad ordered in early March.
Tracking link did not work. I emailed customer service. Reply was quick and new link provided.
Waiting 6 weeks for order. I will give Choxi credit for responding to my emails and phone calls. They have advised I can still wait or cancel the order. I have ordered maybe 25 items or so from Choxi, and this is the first time that I have had this long delay. Waited another week, over 7 weeks, so called back to CHOXI and cancelled order.
Still waiting for items I ordered 2-3 weeks ago. Called customer service and they said it takes 3 weeks to ship, yet the order form says up to 10 days. I received dog jacket within 5 days of order, not ramp which I desperately need nor dog harness.
I bought an I pad that did not woek it takes weeks to get my refund I bought another item that when I tryed to used did not work request a return or exchange they said warranty was one month only

I decided to stop buying from Choxi as these guys have a bad service, I had 3 orders in a raw sent wrong color or wrong item, had to return the item, had to call them several times to secure the return of my money
They take money from you once you place the order then you call them after 2 weeks to see why the order was not shipped then another week so they can check with the Vendor about the order, then they discover that the item is out of stock although they still have the item on their website and finally you need to call several times so you can get your money back from them
My friends and I get together every week and take turns making lunch. I had one grill and would put it in the middle of the table with all the vegetables and meat cut up. Everyone cooks what they want while we visit. My friends like it so much, I got the second grill so we could have more things grilling. From making brunch food to Asian inspired to Philly Cheese Steak/Chicken to what our brains can come up with. Easy clean up and great way to sit and talk while cooking.

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
