Had to give bad review to spur customer service to action after TWO calls and unfulfilled promises.
There are a variety of items available. Satisfied when they arrive. However they take entirely too long to arrive and the tracking link usually doesn't work properly.
Can't track the arrival progress of your purchase.
I have to say Choxi is a trusted site and I have been more than satisfied with my purchases. Any issues I have had were resolved to my satisfaction in a timely manner. Shipping is fast and I am a n all around satisfied customer and have recommended them to friends.
I placed my order on 3/17/2016 and my credit card was charged for the purchase on 3/18. After 14 working days I contacted Choxi as my order was still "processing" and was asked to be patient. After 21 days I again contacted them as it was still processing and was again asked to be patient. I asked why it was taking so long and to this day I have not gotten an answer to that question. Since Choxi is a Google trusted store I contacted Google and was told by them that I had reached an agreement with Choxi for the order to be cancelled and my money would be refunded. I heard about my agreement from Google before Choxi got around to telling me about it. I am perfectly happy to accept this agreement but Choxi didnt discuss it with me at all before they told Google. While I know it can take several days for the refund to hit my credit card as of today it has not shown up. Maybe they need a policy of not charging a customers credit card until the product has shipped. At this rate they will have had my money for a month and I have nothing to show for it. I have every intention of never buying thru Choxi again.
I have made many, many, purchases from Choxi. I LOVE looking at all of the deals and variety. If there is ever an issue the customer service department follows up and continues to work until it is resolved.

A couple of orders that never got shipped and very slow shipping on another order. Also when a credit was received for a item that was never shipped, they put it on my account instead of crediting it back to my card. Then when I went to use this credit up, it was only good towards certain items. Use to really like this company, now not so much!
I have purchased from Choxi multiple times and have never been disappointed. Their prices beat that of any of their competitors and their prices are excellent! All ofy items have arrived in perfect condition. My overall opinion of Choxi is excellent!
The measurements given for the item is completely different from what is actually on the package, so i end up getting the incorrect size.
I bought a Merax Foldable Sofa chair which was delivered on 3/25/16. I have been using it in my TV room but it turned out to be a little too large. So I have asked Choxi on 4/7/16 to give me an RMA so I can return the chair. I also asked for instructions on how to fold the chair up to fit into the shipping container it came it. No instructions were included in the shipment. To this day I have not been contacted by Choxi - that is almost a week. Not exactly good customer service, wouldn't you agree.
Trying to find SWIVEL SWEEPER shown hit shop went too full area never could find item shown... Need to improve find items interested in getting.
Most times when I order from Choxi I am very satisfied with the product and service. There are occasions however when it takes a very long time to receive my order! I currently have 2 outstanding orders three weeks old that still have not been shipped. CHOXI customer service has no explanation for the long delay to ship the orders.
I placed an order on March 7,2016 and had to call 3 x's to find out the status of my order. I felt that I was just getting put off each time I called, so I finally cancelled the order after waiting for over 20 business days. I was very satisfied with how fast I received my full refund. Hence the 4 stars. However, for customer service I would only rate Choxi as 2 stars.
I have been satisfied with Choxi in the past however I have found some of the items for a lesser price after purchasing so I haven't been shopping often anymore with Choxi. Most items were fine.
Crappy items, crappy shipping, and extremely unhelpful customer service that barely speaks or comprehends English. I used to love this site when it was NOMORERACK. But ever since the Choxi take over, it's been nothing except problems for me! I get coupons all the time through email, but that's not enough to get my business back! You guys sucks!

Everything that I've ordered is as advertised or BETTER. I'm simply in love with their prices and their service. Sometimes items don't arrive as fast as they would from other services but that's O. K. with me because most of the time I order during the free shipping window, saving me $$$. Keep up the good work... I will keep ordering from Choxi!
All orders that have been placed were serviced and received as ordered.The shortcoming is the duplication of product on the screen and the length of time the items remain on the screen.

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
