Loving choxi

I ordered a set of sheets and a ladies watch. They were shipped and received in great time frame. Right when they said my order would be here. And when ever I've had a problem with an order choxi has helped with outstanding customer service. I would say it was 10-10 service. Which is why I keep shopping with choxi.

PITIFULLY POOR SERVICE

ORDERED LED DIAMOND STYLE SOLAR LIGHT SET AND CHOXI BILLED MY CREDIT CARD BUT NEVER SENT MY ORDER,, ALMOST A MONTH HAD GONE BY AND STILL NO ORDER RECEIVED. I GOT AFTER THEM AND THEY NEVER WOULD ADMIT ANY WRONG AND THEY COULD NOT EVIDENTLY FILL MY ORDER, THEY SAID THEY WOULD REFUND MY MONEY. I STIL; DO NOT KNOW IF THAT WAS DONE OR NOT, AND AM CHECKING WITH MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY. I DOUBT IF IT HAS BEEN DONE, AS CHOXI NOW HAS A REPUTATION WITH ME AS BEING SLOW AS MOLASSES IN JANUARY. THEY HAVE LOST A GOOD CUSTOMER HERE, DUE TO THEIR LAXIDAZIAL SERVICE AND NOT BEING COMPLETELY UP FRONT WITH ME.(THE CONSUMER)

I ordered shirts, they're falling apart. Sports bras are falling apart. Regular bras are shaped weird. My sweater is still surviving and one of my favorite pieces of clothing. And choxi stopped accepting PayPal so I no longer order from choxi. I don't feel safe paying any other way for online purchases.

Somewhat disappointed

For some reason? I've been unable to shop with Choxi, since my Visa card number changed.
I understand and appreciate cyber security but due to no fault of mine, your system tells me I must register as a new user that is associated with a new email address if I want to shop with Choxi,. I've done nothing wrong, and Choxi needs to get this fixed.

Disappointed

Over the past two years I was very happy with Choxi. My last three transactions were not satisfying. I ordered items that were not good quality, I waited for over a month for a transaction that never came, and when I called customer service, I was given incorrect tracking numbers.

They are good shoes. Very light. The only bad experience I have ever had purchasing things from Choix is when I bought belts. They are very poorly made. They crack and look awful. This happened immediately after I bought them. But the shoes are fine.

Purchased a battery LED ceiling light it did not work and all I was offered was to return the item and it had to be in original Carton. I spoke to a service representative who was absolutely no help at all. I would never buy from Choxi again
