Ordered bed sheets over a month ago and still have not received them. Customer Service said it will be a little longer. Not happy!
I've been using this site for the past 5 years and I have never had a problem with this company. They seem to always have what I need in stock and I get it shipped to me very fast.
Ring was dull and cheap. Was so rough with inlayed diamond s it caught on everything. Was not satisfied. Haven't ordered since.

I ordered a set of sheets and a ladies watch. They were shipped and received in great time frame. Right when they said my order would be here. And when ever I've had a problem with an order choxi has helped with outstanding customer service. I would say it was 10-10 service. Which is why I keep shopping with choxi.
ORDERED LED DIAMOND STYLE SOLAR LIGHT SET AND CHOXI BILLED MY CREDIT CARD BUT NEVER SENT MY ORDER,, ALMOST A MONTH HAD GONE BY AND STILL NO ORDER RECEIVED. I was sent an email stating 40% off when I placed an order. I placed an order but was not given the 80%! Very disappointed!
I ordered shirts, they're falling apart. Sports bras are falling apart. Regular bras are shaped weird. My sweater is still surviving and one of my favorite pieces of clothing. And choxi stopped accepting PayPal so I no longer order from choxi. I don't feel safe paying any other way for online purchases.
For some reason? I've been unable to shop with Choxi, since my Visa card number changed.
I understand and appreciate cyber security but due to no fault of mine, your system tells me I must register as a new user that is associated with a new email address if I want to shop with Choxi,. I've done nothing wrong, and Choxi needs to get this fixed.
Over the past two years I was very happy with Choxi. My last three transactions were not satisfying. I ordered items that were not good quality, I waited for over a month for a transaction that never came, and when I called customer service, I was given incorrect tracking numbers.
The site was easy to navigate thru. The descriptions for the products were accurate.
Bought sheets. Very poor workmanship. Looks like they just sewed (poorly) material together. They feel like something you buy at a dollar store or off the street
Ordered a phone, three weeks no phone, called obviously the order had not been place. Canceled!

They are good shoes. Very light. The only bad experience I have ever had purchasing things from Choix is when I bought belts. They are very poorly made. They crack and look awful. This happened immediately after I bought them. But the shoes are fine.
The only problem that I have is when searching for specific items the search engine is not reliable.
I like the site and their prices are good. I've ordered 3 or 4 times and it seems to take a long time to get what you ordered.

Purchased a battery LED ceiling light it did not work and all I was offered was to return the item and it had to be in original Carton. I spoke to a service representative who was absolutely no help at all. I would never buy from Choxi again

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
