I placed an order that asked to allow 10 to 15 days to ship. After a month of waiting, I contacted customer service. The first attempt was very unhelpful. The second attempt, I was told they couldn't process my order and I would get a refund in 7 to 15 days. After two weeks, I still hadn't received my refund and contacted customer service again. Another unhelpful response basically telling me I just had to wait. 3 weeks later, I finally got my refund. I would rather pay the extra money for less hassle and the possibility of ACTUALLY getting what I ordered. I will not be ordering from Choxi ever again!
Love the earrings - the stones are beautiful, the size is actually a little bigger than I thought they would be. Perfect for nice dress, look good with more casual jeans, etc. too. This site makes it possible for me to buy things I couldn't otherwise afford easily. And the customer service is wonderful.
I returned an item, was issued a "credit" that I could not use. First of all, I wanted a refund. Secondly, I had to spend a minimum amount to use the credit. Really?
Although I am impressed by the staffs' attitude and Customer focus, they can only do their job upto a certain extent. They are bound by the company polices and rules, some of which, I must admit, are not fair to customers and costly to customers. Besides, I have found their website navigation confusing and not as friendly as it should be. For example, I ordered something without realizing pressing the button would mean submission of order. Then I realized my order was designated to my relative's address. I tried to correct the error, but then I realized I summittee 2 orders with wrong address. I tried to call, contact Choxi immediately, but I was told orders would have to be delivered, regardless, no grace time to cancel, even to a wrong address. If you want to cancel your order, you must ship back (frequently you pay for shipping, but not in my case). My experience was frustrating.

Battery exploded and vendor would not honor warranty after I sent pictures to their office. I felt that Choxi did not do a good job in helping me get a new product from vendor to replace the broken one.
Order #*******--Xtreme HD Dash Cam--ordered 2 by accident and I couldn't cancel order, so Choxi said to return item (Return Auth.#*******-1) so that I could get a refund minus $2.50 shipping, but Jill (service rep) on 12/31/15 said Choxi would waive the charge and refund the whole purchase price which they didn't.
I was offered a 10 dollar credit but when i bought something at check out it wouldnt allow the 10 credit. Not cool
Received duplicates of orders I had placed previously and billed for duplicates. This happened more than once. Could not reach anyone regarding the issues.
The economy has made it tough play on Choxi lately. There is

Are on you so know your stuff.

I can find things cheaper if I google. Love the bedding and quilts tho. Takes a while to receive products.
All my experiences with Choxi have been positive. Their customer service is wonderful, so I feel comfortable when purchasing.
I initially signed with a credit card issued in Jamaica, West Indies. I made several purchases and had them sent to a USA address. I did not receive several items marked as delivered by the courier and when I complained to Choxi they suspended my account. I changed credit card and tried to reapply but was told they would not accept a credit card issued outside the USA. Now I cannot get access to Choxi.
I have had good experiences with chox. I My biggest problems have been with clothes and shoes. All the clothes I've purchased have been sized wrong. I'm sure it's because everything comes from China and they don't understand that women are bigger then a size 0 in America all the shoes are made for a narrow foot. The quality of the clothes and the shoes has always been poor, they just seem to be made with material that does not last or hold up to repeated washing.
Now the material or electronic items I've purchased have been of good quality and worked well. I like when you have silver coins on sale. I'm a collector and it's fun to find good deals on your site. Chox is a good shopping site I love window shopping on it and I often find good deals. Please fix the issue with your shoes and women's clothing.
The length of time it took for the product to come and when I finally got it something was wrong with one of them, but because it took so long I did not send it back
DeLonghi air purifiers from you and have not received them. I have been unable to get any information on them... please help-help
Some of the products are great and worth buying; others are the wrong color, don't work, or of poor quality.
Also - have had problems two times with being sent a coupon, using the coupon per the directions, and then never getting the credit. The work to rectify the problem was a lot and involved phone calls, emails, finding old emails to prove myself, etc. In the end I was given the credit but it took a lot of work.
Customer Service is OK; they try but still - ends up to be a lot of work with problems for the customer.
An electronic item was ordered, description of item did not match the it. Item was returned, False inspection of item was stated. No refund was honored. No longer a patron of "No More Rack now Chock.

I placed an order at the beginning of the year for sheets. The order was cancelled because of the manufacturer. I order sheets again about a month ago. Again, the order was cancelled because of the manufacturer. The sheets should be taken off the website until things are cleared with the manufacturer. I guess that is how they offer low prices... they never have to deliver the product.

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
