Since this site became Choxi it's not the same as it use to be. Lot off bad experience and I would not recommend to anyone. Merchandise gets advertised and then it's not available. When you do get something, shipping takes forever. Just overall not as good as when it was nomoreracks.

I've shopped with Choxi for quite a while now, and the overall experience has been mostly satisfactory. It would be nice if Choxi would notify me of delays in shipping and/or advise when items are back-ordered along with some indication of when they might ship. I am waiting - without ONE word from Choxi - for an order that is about 3 WEEKS old to be completed.
So far, no problems and I've been ordering stuff for awhile. Just looking forward to my current shipment arriving,
Everything went very well. I placed my order, they e-mailed me to give me a drop off date and it arrived when they said it would. I am very pleased with Choxi.
Did a review of Choxi a while ago and it wasn't good as much of what I've bought has fallen apart, most of it after the warranty is over. So Choxi sent me an email regarding my poor rating of it - I always thought the customer was right - guess not so here -

OTHER ONLINE SITES HAVE A NO RETURN POLICY, THE PRODUCTS ARE OVER PRICED, POOR QUALITY AND THE SHIPPING PRICE IS A JOKE.(IT'S a ZU)

I ordered a ring that was missing a stone. Choxi would not do a return but offered me a nominal credit. That was the last time I ordered from that company. I will NOT be ordering from them ever again and would not recommend this company.
I have been very satisfied with all of my purchases through this site. In addition, I received a very good value each time.
I bought two silver initial rings, for myself and my daughter, and after wearing for 2 days of wearing mine, I noticed a stone had gone missing on it. A few days later another one had fallen out, so I won't give a better rating for that reason. Products shouldn't fall apart in 2 days of putting it on. My daughter hasn't worn hers now.
I ordered two items, which was shipped in to shipments. Only one item was received.

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
