I am so sick and tired telling choxi toto stop sending emails I've been nice about it I'm tired of being nice about it now I want to start a class action suit and put them out of business
UPDATE: Still great customer service! I recently returned a pair of tanzanite earrings. They weren't at all what was pictured. No problem. I got the RMA the same day, but it did take some rooting around on the website. I recommended that they make this process easier, such as a clear return button on the item with instructions from there, like Amazon. I will still give them 4 stars for my overall experience with them with this CAVEAT: Be sure that you request either a refund or store credit for your return or it defaults to store credit, Also, if you get store credit be sure that there isn't a minimum purchase threshold in order to apply your credit (like they do in promotions: i. E. $10 credit w/purchase of $40). This happened to me by mistake so be sure to check that.
I have ordered a few items with admittedly varying luck on the items. However, the customer service has always been spot on. A watch I ordered was broken. No problems with the RMA and shipped it back immediately. Store credit was not a problem for me. I also received a huge size discrepancy the other day. I wear a 8/10 pants and ordered a L sweats. They fit like S/XS. I notified them and told them I could not return them as I had discarded the packing. Surprisingly, they gave me a $10 credit. Pretty cool for a $16 pair of sweats. I'll try them again.
These people are the DEVIL from hell. Nothing they sell is authentic... I purchase a set of earplugs and got an email that the item was ship and it was not. I emailed, I called several times and I was told that I have to Wait three weeks. This company is a piece of $#*! and they can change their name all they want. Its still a piece of $#*! company.
I bought a dozen tee $#*!s from these losers. I ordered XL, but they were too small even though I have bought many XL shirts and they fit just fine. So I contacted what was then NoMoreRack, and they sent me a return authorization. I boxed up the shirts and sent them back. Never heard a word. I forgot about it for a while then I remembered and contacted Choxi, as they are now known. They contacted me back and told me that the return authorization had been cancelled and their was nothing they could do about it. Well, I disagree, there is nothing that ARE WILLING to about it, plain and simple. They told me that they would have to have confirmation from the manufacturer that they received the shirt back, and that is EXACTLY their problem, not mine. I bought the shirts from them in good faith, the shirts were bad, and now Choix is shirking their responsibility. If they want to lose business from me and whoever might read this WARNING, then its there loss. NOt a very good business model. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SHYSTERS!
These are not authentic urbeats. The wire is thinner. Came without original box. All parts are just wrapped in plastic. Fake replica sold online. Their ad said 100% authentic so I made my purhcase. I want my full money back. Completely false advertised fake product. I can take pictures of what I received for evidence. They have not given my money back.
I will never again purchase anything from this site. It's a joke! I made the mistake of purchasing a 14kt gold necklace from them. Part of my order showed up and the rest I am still waiting for. The necklace looked nothing like online and it was not worth the price either. Choxi has the worst customer service EVER. You have to E Mail them and tell them why you want to return an item and wait for authorization number and a packing slip to send your item back. It took 3 days to clear this up. Then they tell me my Choxi account will be credited the money I spent. I spent 125.00 for this necklace and I do not want to buy Anything from them, but I will have to or loose my money. Think twice before buying anything from this company. I wish that I had.
I returned an item to NoMoreRack within 30 days with a return authorization label. I never received a refund to my credit card. When I questioned them this was the response I received:
"We use store-credit as our default compensation so that customers will be able to use it right away to repurchase the item or towards a new purchase."
I think this is a very sketchy way of doing business. Had I not followed up with them 4 weeks later about my refund they never would have given my money back - BUYER BEWARE!
I made a purchase from them and it was the wrong item. It has taken them 1 month to tell me that they will give me a credit on their site. I have an email from them telling me that I will be refunded 100% as it is there error. I spent a whopping $15.00 and they gave me a $4.50 credit
I greatly appreciate the previous review about it takes 15 emails to try and get a RMA for a return. I would like to add to that. I would suggest to NOT buy ANY necklaces and or Electronics from Choxi. The necklaces you get differs from what's shown on the site. In reference to the electronics, i recently purchased the BLU Studio w/ $40 Simple Mobile Sim card bundle for $109.00. It arrived and i was sent the wrong Sim card (lycamobile $29.00sim) not $40 Sim card. I needed to use the sim card fast, so i went to the website listed under the BLU product description entered the SIM card number and got error. I then called the 800 or 877 number listed, it just rings and am prompted to leave a voicemail. I call Choxi, they sent a request to manufacturer. It's been over 1 month no resolution. I just got off the phone a few minutes ago to see if they could just add the $40 to my account as in store credit, the manager said No, they must wait for the "manufacturer" to respond back and then they will know if they can apply credit. They did offer for me to return the phone. I told them it's in use and they wouldn't even offer a courtesy credit for all the inconvenience. So BUYER BEWARE. I've placed several orders with them and was pleased up until THIS issue.

A SIMPLE RETURN AND IT SHOULD NOT REQUIRE 15+ EMAILS TO GET A RMA AND THE CORRECT AMOUNT OF THE RETURN AMOUNT!

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
