Merchandise comes quickly. Items are of good quality and they have answered any questions I have had! I like the variety of different items that they continue to have.
I have ordered several times from Choxi, and I have never had a bad experience. Everything has been on time or earlier, many is packed well. The sheets I have ordered for gifts as well as for me, are high quality and so soft! I love them!
I red red genuine leather belts for my husband which were a hit, b/c the cheaper ones I have gotten for him don't last, and he specified he wanted REAL leather, so I knew where to go!
I will order for Christmas again this year for sure.

I purchased a luggage set from Nomorerack aka Choxi and according to their terms, had to wait 14 working days for the shipment. Since no information was received by the 14th day, I called them requesting status. They asked for another 5 working days for their investigation and finally sent me an e-mail saying they were cancelling the order because their supplier could not fulfill it. Reimbursement will take another 5 working days. My mistake was not search the reviews before my purchase, which I wouldn't have made. It seams to them that we (customers) have all the time in the world to wait for their procedures. No consideration and respect to the clients.
Well I guess the joke is on me. My first order was canceled after 2 weeks and before I knew how horrible this site was, I ordered 2 irons and 3 weeks later, no irons, no refunds, no shipment. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. They are sly. They say the problem is the manufacturer but the items are still on sale on their site. I cannot stress how screwed I feel. I have never reviewed a company for its horrible service. PLEASE take my advice, do not order from them. It will take you weeks to get your refund for their canceled service!

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
