I received my dress in a timely manner. I have previously ordered from Choxi several times only one time have my order not been fulfilled.

I order something for this Website at least one a month since I discovered it. I love the free shipping and the coupons they offer.

I experiences a delivery notfication error, however, after contacting your customer service department, I received a corrected tracking report, and my item was delivered on the same day

Each and every interaction I've had with Choxi has been a positive one. The products have all been as described. The packaging is good and the one return item I had was handled very well. Isn't this what you expect from a good online store?

I can usually find something on CHOXI I want or need that I can afford. Shipping is fast and sometimes I connect with the 3 hours free shipping... hurrah!

Choxi has wonderful deals, but the fulfillment process can be sort of draining. Sometimes your stuff will come quick, other times it'll take forever to come, and just pray that you don't end up in boat like mine where the item doesn't come at all. I keep giving them a shot though. I may be asking for it, but so far they haven't been a TOTAL blow.

I bout 6 pairs of thigh highs an saw three sets of legs figuring id get three pair for ten dollars recieved package on pair per color not one place it says one pair or three pair again the pics r misleading an can get thigh highs cheeper in other stores three pair for ten woulld of been nice price not one for ten

I have made over 35 purchases on choxi over the past two years I'm satisfied with almost every purchase

It would be helpful (on Ratings to show item instead of Order No). This was over a month ago and I can't recall. If it was for the Kimberly waist item... I had to contact customer service at least 6 times before I was allowed to return item at my expense. I was, however, reimbursed. It was much easier to deal with customer service when company was Nomorerack. Thus, I have not ordered anything since.
