Loved nomorerack and wish they didn't sell out to Choxi. Choxi switched someone else's order with mine, but included their shipping label so I could see what happened. Someone in CT has three king size set of sheets. I have nothing, as I used the shipping label to return the queen size sheets sent to me by mistake. I have sent six emails and called twice. They keep saying "we need to escalate this to our manufacturing partner". The finally sent a echeck for $16.80 but they owed me $41.20. Never ever order from them!
Have ordered many items and have been pleased with quality & pricing.
Not one to write reviews, but I have never had to work so hard to get a refund. Countless emails and forms to fill out before getting a refund. Oh, and you will also need to provide an explanation as to why you would like to return your item. Don't order from here unless you are POSITIVE that you will keep the item.

Purchased a rug from Choxi. Took over 2 weeks to receive and when it came, it was such awful quality, I immediately requested a return stating the product did not meet my expectations as it relates to quality. Received a response asking for a detailed explanation of why I wanted to return it. I referred back to my original email where it was very clear as to why. Received a pre-filled return shipping label and another email with instructions on completing the return. I noticed that the address on the label and the address in the 2nd email did not match. Contacted them and asked which one was accurate. Responded as to which one I should use (not the one with the label). They then told me they could not generate another return label and that I needed to pay for the return myself, send them a copy of the receipt and they would credit me for the postage.
As the return postage was over 21.00, I did not want to get a credit to my account, I wanted a credit to my credit card that I used to pay in the first place. Was then told their system would not allow it.
Will pursue resolution through Google/Norton/American Express
Do not share or refer friend email ID, will not give any credit. When you contact Cumer Care service they always give one simple and XXXX reason, "The email address *******@XXX.com is detected by our system as having the same IP address as your email address.
We apologize. Our system detects IP address, and will not credit same IP for referring a friend. "

I ordered a duvet set from this company. I waited 2 weeks to receive it and when I did it had been cut with a box cutter completely through the set. I called customer service which was in India somewhere (they refused to tell me where). They refused to ship me a replacement product until I returned the damaged product and they could verify that it was received. I told them I had no problem returning the product, it was useless to me but they still refused to send a replacement until they received the damaged product which means that it will take approximately 3 weeks to receive. I spoke to 3 different people (all in India) and was still told the same thing. When I placed this order I had ordered 3 items and had a $10.00 off coupon. When they issued the refund on the 1 damaged item, they took the $10.00 off of my refund. Do not do business with this company.
A few weeks ago I returned an item and as always expected to get cash back like nomorerack. I made a purchase value over 200 and I saw that I got 40 something dollars coupon to apply to order. I got 30 dollars off before so it was no surprise. I still didn't see the money in my bank. I talked to choxi rep and they said nothing they could do the money was credited to my account no one mentioned it to me.So I felt misled and told the bank about the situation to get my money back. Choxi was clear so I had to go to my bank. I shopped yesterday and choxi and everything was fine. Choxi made me spent 4hours worth of shopping back to back purchases and then today they deactivated my account. They only allowed one purchase to go through. They said because of the bank thing I did they had to deactivate it. I have been a good customer with this one incident. I never felt so
I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered. I had purchased with no problem when the company was nomorerack.com. With Choxi, I placed an order that could not be fulfilled, so they canceled it. I have not received a refund. I've written three emails to the company but have had not even one simple reply. I will not use this company again. It's a scam.

Was VIP frequent buyer from NOMORERACK (some good buys--some ripoffs). Placed an order from Choxi & got it. Acouple days later, placed another big order with my vip discount & it would not go through. After many emails & unsatisfactory responses I was told my account was restricted. They wanted me to send copies of my I.D., etc. as I had been flagged. This is ridiculous as I have had the same accounts with legit online web sites with never a problem. In checking with a lot of knowledgeable people, none had ever heard of this. I am very very leery of Choxi and feel they should be investigated. There are so many reliable sites that are great to deal with & Choxi is not one of them. BUYER BEWARE!
Ordered when it was Nomorerack and only bought name brand products at a fairly good price. When I tried off brand stuff now it was just junky and defective and too much trouble to return. Hope I get my refund soon. Didn't check to see the reviews before I started ordering, which I always do, and will not order again as it is not BBB acredited for a reason.
It still galls me to have to give even ONE star, for ripping me off! No joke, NOW they actually expect me to re-purchase the 9 piece sterling silver earrings set, just so I can provide them with THEIR order number. I've been basically saying the same thing to them and STILL I'm not getting through to them. I'd love for someone to tell me how on earth a return can be had. I even went so far as to unsubscribe from the site, which was probably stupid of me, that may have gotten rid of the order number. I've done a search all through my email back and forth and no order number, plus I absolutely refuse to re-purchase something I've already bought and paid for. I also did a claim against them with the BBB in their area, nothing is working, and so I wait, and them come back here, as misery loves company! I gave Choxi a second chance after my first experience was bad. I now regret giving Choxi that second chance. My first order was all mixed up - wrong sizes and colors and when I sent back the merchandise, I received a credit. My second order with Choxi was for a pair of tennis shoes. TWICE during my online order I had to change my ship to address. However, the product got shipped to an old address. When I went there, nobody lived there and my package was nowhere to be found. Choxi encouraged me to go file a police report. THIS IS SO UNACCEPTABLE! Their error and I have to go file a police report and get charged for a product I never received? Beyond horrible and Choxi will be seeing some bad online reviews from me if I'm not sent my product to the correct address or fully refunded. Seems customer service could care less too! So upsetting to see a company treat their customers like this.
I loved no more racks so I gave them a try. Ordered 3 comforters - a twin and 2 full size. Then ordered sheet sets for each again a twin and 2 full size sets. Received 3 twin comforters and a queen, full, and twin set. The comforters came in first and when I called, I was told they no longer had the sizes I needed. Thought I could still use the sheets and when they came in with the wrong sizes too, I gave up. Contacted customer service by phone and although he did nothing he was pleasant. Tried email customer service and they never addressed my issue. Buyer Beware!
What happened to NO MORE RACK. I shopped for years with this company and how they are this STUPID company CHOXI. I'm ready to CHOKE CHOXI. I placed and order for $80 and then got a security call from the company asking me to call their company to verify the order? For $80 and then they said they could not ship to my address cause it did not match my bill address. YES, I am in another state for the summer, (ever hear of summer vacation) and needed some supplies. I cancelled the order and told them that they will lose BILLIONS due to HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I was looking to cancel an order and was told the only way I could get a refund was to refuse the package, how can it be refused if they just leave it on your porch
You look, you complete purchase... done! Ha, what a joke. They repeatedly keep sending emails that say "did you forget something? Unless you complete your order with 24 hours, your items will be put back." Meanwhile, they have your money and had even sent a confirmation email. I have to email them over and over only to receive a form email that they are there to help. Right! The very next email says "did you forget something?" If I get my order, it will be the last time I deal with those idiots.

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
