I originally made many purchases when Choxi was formerly known as NoMoreRack, but once they changed name, everything that was good, ended. They have NO REAL DEALS. You can buy most items Choxi from Amazon for LESS (and as a Prime member, I get FREE 2 day shipping). Choxi sends way too many email advertisements (all useless and just annoying)... they now send the exact "$10 Credits" emails, but when it was NoMoreRack they were $10 off any $30 purchase and now they are $10 off any $40 purchase or are $10 off any $50 purchase (or greater). The quality and variety of items being offered has greatly diminished as well. I no longer wish to receive emails from Choxi, have tried to remove my address from them, but yet the continually send MANY emails daily... finally I just sent them all directly to SPAM. If you wish to find a site more like NoMoreRack, download "Geek" from the app store and REALLY see where the deals are! All from China and is like buying it wholesale (I bet Choxi is buying from Geek and just marking up the price and reselling. Cut out the middle man and save money. Just like Ubid.com Choxi is a thing of the past. I feel sorry for who ever bought NoMoreRack and thought Choxi was a better change... it sucks!
Where to begin, they have sent me the wrong items multiple times. Then when I emailed them about it they said that they sent me the item and Mabye my neighbor got it by mistake?! Even though we have a private mailbox. Then a month later I get an email saying the found the item in their wear house. And the s shipped it. I also ordered something and after one month it still wasn't shipped out. I cancelled the item and they said they would refund my 30. It took a month and they only refunded me 21. I also ordered some shelving and it smelled so bad like burnt plastic I couldn't even use them! Never buying from them again
I have been ordering from this place when it was nomorerack and I can confidently say this choxi website is bull$#*!. In the last 2 months I've ordered stuff and they have not sent it then weeks later after I been waiting for my stuff I bought get a mysterious refund for not the whole amount I paid gets refunded & I can't verify the purchase. DO NOT ORDER FROM CHOXI.
I am very pleased with all the items to choose from, the great prices and the helpful staff -when you need to ask for help about anything, they are wonderful to deal with! I would highly recommend to everyone!
Really enjoyed ordering from Choxi. Always had good quality purchases. Then all of a sudden Choxi quit delivering to my home, for what reason I do not know. Tried a couple times more and it would not go through. So I stopped.

I first ordered this particular item on 3/19 order number ******* for $46. I was told that my money would be credited to my card since the distributor can not honor his commitment. Then I was told that the same item is in stock for a higher price $54. So I reordered it today 4/14. Hopefully I will receive this one. So I'm not happy but yet I'm glad I still have a chance to receive the merchandise. So thank you this won't stop me from being a regular customer. We don't live in a perfect world. Have a nice day.

Too many arguments and then I was told the return had not been received when I checked the tracking number it showed it had tried to be delivered once and no one would sign and then delivered 2 weeks later--not my fault. The quality was not good either. I am still waiting on two items to be delivered.
In the past I have been a huge advocate for Choxi. Quality of merchandise has been hit or miss but I was ok with that. My last two orders have prevented me from ordering again. One order took forever to receive and then I only got half the order. When I questioned it I was told they no longer had the item and I would be given 1/2 refund. It was a set of rugs in two different sizes. This did not work for me so I had to package up the item and send it back and then was given credit but lost my $10 coupon and shipping cost. I used the credit and paid additional shipping for another item. I waited and waited and waited. When I contacted customer service I was told the item was never ordered. I had an order confirmation. Plus I was charged for the item. Do not understand how that happened if I never placed the order... I requested a refund and not a credit my account and I was given the amount back minus the shipping. Both items were gifts and I had to scramble at the last minute to get a gift. Not happy.
Bought a new in box cell phone. Broke after 3 months of use and could not get service from Samsung to fix it. Choxi would not do anything about it. Will only buy from repeatable sites now. Never again buy from them, junk sold.

I have never had a bad experience using Choxi. The prices are awesome, delivery is timely, the quality is exceptional and I'm always excited to check my mail.
I have had good experiences with this site as well as my orders. When I Email with a problem the responses back was fast and that is what I did expect I do thank you for that. I did reefer others and they are happy as well.
I would give them 5 stars, but the last item shipped came in the display box with a address label slapped on, and the box looked like it had been tossed around the shippers stock room for a few weeks before hand. This item was a GIFT so having it arrive open to view by the intended receiver of the gift and the fact the box looks like a used piece of trash, I am withholding the fifth star for poor shipping practices
ORDERED TWO - GOT ONE. 2ND SHOWED UP 2 WKS LATER. SENT BACK BY CHOXI REQUEST. ALL AT MY EXPENSE. REC'D A CREDIT OF $13. THE AMERICAN THING TO DO WAS TO INCLUDE MY SHIPPING EXPENSE OF $6.+ DOLLARS.

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
