The last three items I bought never came, i waited over a month and called several times and response was the distributor wasn't answering when it hadn't ever shipped, bought for gifts and so had to buy somewhere else I'm thinking not to buy anymore from choxi!
I have purchased many items from Choxi and have been extremely satisfied each time.
Company website refused to allow me to change the expiration date on my credit card as it had expired. When they used it for a future purchase, it naturally was declined. They then cancelled my account. When I sent them numerous emails to their accounting department, they were ignored. When I called, no one could help me and kept telling me to email the accounting department which obviously I was doing. I have since stopped trying and am now shopping elsewhere with no problems.
Have ordered several thing and ALWAYS been satisfied with the product and delivery time. Have told several friends and they are also very happy.
Order luggage they had on site that was shown to be available. After three weeks finally I was told items were not available after numerous inquiries and how dissatisfied they were with their supplier even though they were still on their site. Advised to reorder, which I did reluctently, still waiting on the luggage to be shipped.
Since Choxi has taken over the company, I have not been receiving all of my orders. Since May of 2015. I ordered # *******, I received my dress, love it. But not my Pyle LCD Monitor rear view parking assist system. I paid $39.00 for it.! Would really like to have it. Also, On January 3,2016 I ordered a pair of Roomdarkening Drapes for my Sons room, and still have not received them. And I have been told that it will take two weeks. I don't want to wait another month for these, I want my orders NOW, or I will have to contact BBB and possibily an Attorney. This is sad, I love this company and I am beginning to wonder if some one in shipping is taking customers orders for themselves.? PLEASE, check into this matter asap? And also for other customers. There are other items I have ordered, paid for and never received. This is Theft! Word of mouth hurts a business real fast. Thank you for responding.so quickly.
The products are good and priced well. What I have issues with is the website. When you click on an item to read more about it, then go back to the deals page, everything is in different places. You either start over at the top of the page or continue scrolling and hope you didn't miss something.
They have great deals the majority of the time you just need to do your homework to make sure. Love dealing with them. Fair and honest. Never any problems.
I order Garmin vivofit Fitness Band & Activity Tracker and after 3 weeks I don't received my order and don't have for this 3 weeks shipping information. I cancel my order after 22 days waiting

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
