I've bought many things at Choxi, first when it was Nomorerack. I spent a lot on my orders cause I loved all your items, but the last few months I've tried to buy a few items and I could not check out. Kept on saying that my account has been canceled. So l wrote to customer service and did all they asked me to do. The problem Never was solved! So I just had to stop buying from Choxi. If you can fix my problem I may come back.

I placed my order on April 6th and I have not been notified that any of the items that I ordered has shipped. Eight days have passed since I placed my order.
I bought most of my Xmas and birthday gifts from you, but, Now that you no longer offer PayPal I do not shop with you. I DO NOT HAVE ANY CREDIT CARDS! Do not use them at all. Also you now have too many repeats in your online catalog. I sure miss shopping with you.
Ordered two queen sized gusseted pillows and received standard non-gusseted pillows. Contacted them and got an apology. Would have rather had the correct order
I placed an order on 25 March 2016. As of today, I have not received an email or a tracking number to check on me delivery. I dont know what the oroblem is. When i sent my request they told me to wait for 2 or 3 weeks fir shipment. That time has ecpired.

Item purchase has far exceeds my expectations. I was very leery about purchasing the telephone at such a low prize when everywhere else the cost was higher even for. A refurbished item and at the time it was important to save money. As with everything else I have purchased from your website I had no reason to doubt any product. So far I have had no regrets for any purchases. I could not be more happy.
Order 10 March and still not product. I called a week ago and was advise choxi was having issues with this vendor. Asked if I would like a refund. I declined. I wanted the product. So I wait. I guess my issue is if choxi is having problems with delivery with this vendor, why not drop them. Do t take our money and not tell us this until we have to call and hear it weeks later.
There was s mix up with my credit card and they locked me out and would never let me explain the problem
April 14,2015: I ordered a wallet on March 19,2015 and, other than emailing that my order was received, I have heard nothing. My order still has still not been shipped and only when I emailed Choxi for a status did I find out the order was back dated. However Choxi has already charged my credit card on March 21,2015 for the wallet which I find objectionable.
I ordered 2 sets of bed sheets from Choxi, it accepted my order, it took my money out of my account and I never received notification the item shipped-2 weeks later. Contacted Choxi and 2 days later got a message that sometimes it takes longer to be patient. Waited another week, nothing, sent another note to Choxi, they said they would contact the supplier and be patient they would get back to me, allow 5-10 days... waited 2 more weeks, were told the set of sheets were not in stock, I asked about the other set, waited longer, got a message, out of stock, allow a month to see my money deposited back in my account... so for 2 months, I was without the money, and the items and had no idea what was truly going on... not a very good experience.
I ordered a suit from them and it wasn't the name brand they claimed it was. It also was the wrong color.
Before the change from Nomorerack to choxi, I had purchased several items. After the change, I couldn't sign into my acct. For some unexplained reason. I still am receiving emails from the said company, but cannot sign in using the same email address. Just got tired of trying.
I have pretty much given up choxi now due to the ridiculous treatment i was subjected to after i purchased 3 items of clothing. 2 dresses and 1 pair of shoes. The shoes, on one shoe the straps were so short you could not even get your foot all the way into it. I even had my neighbor try it. She also could not get her right foot into the shoe at all. The left shoe was fine almost too loose. The dresses i bought were both plus size. One dress was fine. The other was cut like it was for a teenager who had no curves at all. When i asked customer service for a refund for the items the man who should have been assisting me with the refund badgered me after i provided details on the reasoning of my returns. It was more like an interrogation rather than assistance. When a woman says a dress does not fit. Do we really have to tell them that it wouldnt cover your butt or button closed to cover your bust. And exactly in detail how it was not fitting. I never had a problem before this idiot. But he totally turned me off of shopping with choxi again. No matter how many discounts they try to lure me with.
Clothing thin and does not fit right. Still have not received part of my order after one month.
Sent an e-mail to change the size of an item and was told that they could not do that. I was advised to cancel the order and then re-submit it, which I did not do. It was such an easy thing to accomplish, that I decided that this would be my last purchase from Choxi.
I have placed so many orders with CHOXI and have been completely satisfied with everything. I will continue shopping with CHOXI!
Answer: Stone fell out of my jewelry the first time I wore it. I will never order from this "cheater" company again!
Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
