It's hard to pass up on some great deals from this site from clothes to electronics and everything in between. It's worth a look and you will be shocked what deal you may see.
Most of the products are good to fair quality, but you have to be careful as some of the "novelty" items are pure junk. I have been burned a couple of times.

Since this site became Choxi, I noticed the prices are much higher and even cost more than some stores. My opinion is that your products are over priced and lower quality. This is my honest opinion as I see it. There is much room for improvement.
I love my bracelets! I gave the coffee lovers bracelet as a gift to my daughter who also loved it. I had no problem receiving them with in a reasonable time. Great quality and styles.

One order placed on 19 March has gone way past the 12 -14 days for delivery. Twice I have asked about it and they keep saying its the supplier. If I do or not get the order soon, I am deleting my account with Choxi and will never buy from them again. I have been a big customer of them until now. So, I don't order anymore since I don't want to go through the waiting game and excuses.
I purchased a 5 piece set of micro usb charging cables. These cables arrived within the specified period of time and worked better than some of the other cables that I owned. They are not fast charging cables, however they work very well with other devices. The colors are nice. I gave two of them to others who loved the colors.
Staff are very friendly, courteous and helpful. Return process was very easy and refund received quickly
I love these shoes. I have them in navy and in pink. The can get TOO warm in the winter, sometimes, but my feet are not sweating. These are VERY lightweight and I love wearing them.
I love the products and the price. The customer service is top notch and returns are very easy. The one drawback is that they tell you that your order has qualified for free things (Such as magazines) and then you must call and cancel or it will auto renew.

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
