Quick delivery. Bought a refurbished gps and it works perfect. My husband tried to talk me out of it, but I though,, give it a try and boy was I happy I did. Price was also excellent.
The above order never arrived and after contacting Customer Service I was told that the handbag was no longer available from the manufacturer but I had never been notified of such. I then received three different emails telling me how I would receive my credit with different details. It ended up crediting my account. I then ordered another handbag to replace this original order on March 27 and to date this is the 14th business day and my order has not been received nor have I had any communication from Choxi. Their claim is that orders should be received in 10-14 business days and the buyer is sent a shipping notice which has never happened. They're forcing me to start shopping elsewhere.
Sometimes I've gotten great products and quick shipping from Choxi, other times I've gotten shabby merchandise and waited forever to receive items. I appreciate the coupons and free shipping promotions.

I placed an order prior to that, again with two products and never received the second product.
Again I just want to say the best thing is the free shipping.
I do think there are times it takes to long to get what you order. You could improve on this.
Computer said i had a10 dolar credit on my order couldnt get it to go threw he wouldnt credit my card for the 10 dollars i told him i owned a auto car parts for 30 years i certently wouldnot lose a customer over 10 dollars

I was shipped the incorrect item. While I am happy to return the item, I would like my correct item to be shipped immediately. While there is risk that I might not return the horrendous pants that I was sent Choxi messed up, not me.

I bought the S & P Grinder~They look nice on counter but my salt grinder was missing a piece so it was broken so that went in the garbage. I have ordered a nice towel set that I like but now afraid to order anything else since theres no returns

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
