I love all of the items that I have purchased. On the rare occasions that I have had to return an item or ask a question, I got very quick responses.
Shopping is fun, sometimes I can't find the size I need. Shipping, however, takes a couple of weeks.
I have had many experiences with Choxi. And whenever I have a problem they respond immediately and solve it
I had a good experience with only one purchase, and I would purchase from them again. My only dislike is they send out daily emails, and I would appreciate not hearing from them on a daily basis.
Initially I was a bit leery about NoMoreRack changing its name but the deals and quality is still outstanding. I LOVE CHOXI!

I have ordered from no more rack -now Choxi- many times. I have never had a bad experience. The prices are fantastic and I am always kept informed regarding the status of my shipment.
I ordered a Item on April 1st and today is the 15th and the product hasn't even been shipped yet. Called Choxi and spoke to someone about this then she told me that after they have shipped the product it would take 2 to 3 weeks before it will arrive at my home. This is totally unacceptable when it was nomorerack.com it never took that long for it to be shipped out and receive it. I have done business with nomorerack.com for many years and am very sad to see that it sold to Choxi. Once I receive my product I will never do business with you ever again.

I ordered drapes that never came yet remained avaiable on the site to order. I was refunded with out hassel.
I bought 2 Batteries for a Samsung Galaxy S4 Active and they are great, no problems, they hold a charge and I would like to get more if the y sold them again!
I love this site explains well your articles and have good cost and has well detailed its articles I would give an A and 10.
Pretty much everything that I have ever ordered was either a "second" or not as described. The descriptions of merchandise are flowery and deceiving in most cases. I think that everything sold are things that did not sell and this is a way of getting rid of them through discounts. Maybe I am just unlucky and a curmudgeon? I doubt it!
I didn't end up receiving all the items I ordered in this order. I inquired to the customer care department regarding the status and was told that it can take weeks to receive and it had already been over 2 weeks. So I waited a little bit more and inquired again to receive the same response. Then a few days later I received an email stating I wasn't getting my order and would receive a refund. This has happened on my last 2 orders with Choi. Not sure I will continue ordering from them.
Choxi is a website that has great deals on practically everything. Their customer service is very good and they always have some type of savings discount for their customers!
I used to buy more from nomorerack because I find its more expensive from Choxi and the gems were from sworski and were real pretty...
I was happy with all of the items received, the shipping was a little slow and one of the items I ordered was never completed by the buyer, so I was disappointed because my heart was set on it so Choxi refunded my money and apologized.
I ordered a garnet bracelet for my girlfriend because it was her birthstone. When it arrived, she loved it but it was broken. After going through the hassle of returning it and reordering another one, the second bracelet arrived. The second bracelet was the same style but the stones were not garnet. They were purple! As a result, I not only missed giving the bracelet to my girlfriend on her special day and now it doesn't even have her birthstone.
Answer: Stone fell out of my jewelry the first time I wore it. I will never order from this "cheater" company again!
Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
