After spending $$$ I was deactivated. I have tried everything you have told me to do. I have sent a copy of my drivers license. I have tried resetting my password etc. I have given up trying to get my account activated. My on line purchases now go someone else.

Your company failed to give refunds on returned merchandise. Even after two of your representatives were notified. I lost between $90 and $100 in refunds.

Bought lots of pairs of shoes and love them. I ordered a
Cheap necklace to fulfill a purchase requirement (free
Shipping maybe?). The seahorse necklace was SO CHEAP
And ugly that I asked to return it... I would have
Gotten cents back. I told the person i felt cheated
And refused to bother with the postage and effort to return.
I threw the necklace in the trash, and have not boigjt anything else from Choxi.
Ordered two ipads for grandkids, never came. Followed up and was told they would be shipped from manufacturer. Given refund. Item is back on line and I reordered two, never came, been over month and a half, no e-mail, no nothing. If product is not in stock, do not put on the web for sale.
I order some sheets on or about the 6th of March, and to this date I haven't receive the merchandise that that I order, The price of the sheets were $27.00 each and I order two sets. I did receive an e-mail that they mention that they were going to take care of this matter, which I haven't receive anything. That is my problem, Thank you Mr. Castillo. By the way the sheets were suppose to be Bamboo.
They have refunded immediately when an item was not available. All my purchases have arrived without damage and quickly.
Seems well made, solar panel works when tested with lighted usb connector.

I have ordered many things, and everything comes as described and reasonably priced and with the either free shipping days or $2.00 flat rate, you can't beat that!

We have purchased several times and the issue of size always comes into play. I ordered a sweater in XL, my neighbor who is XS couldn't even wear the sweater. I ordered a blouse to match in a separate order in XL, it swallowed me up. Same with dress I ordered. I doubt I will order clothing thru them any more.
After order was placed I realized the shipping address was an old one. Tried to contact customer service. Sent several emails with no response. Received an email after product had been delivered suggesting I contact post office which of course will get me nowhere. Will not be ordering from this company again. Very poor customer service!
Ordered on 3-10-16, have yet to receive my pkg! Tried to cancel after a month of not receiving, but was told that I could'nt! Still have not received it, but my Visa has been charged! I'm beyond upset, so I want it credited back to my Visa ASAP!

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
