I ordered a mop and bucket set, never received any notification that it was processed or sent or on back order, nothing at all!
When I wrote in to request an update they checked with the manufacturer that it was not to be sent and they will be refunding my money.
OMG! Choxi has the best customer service ever! I ordered some earrings along with several other items, but never received this particular pair. While doing a survey for the item, I explained that even though I only paid $2 for the earrings, I really wanted them but never received them. Went to the mailbox yesterday, there they were! That was so unexpected! THIS SITE IS SO AWESOME!
I finally got the right size on the pants. They run a bit small so had to go one up.
I ordered these generic electronic replacement heads for my Oral B rechargeable toothbrush. The price was much lower than the brand name ones and they fit and work perfectly!
I placed a pretty good sized order and many of the "clearance" items never showed up. My youngest son was very disappointed about not getting the color changing turtle night light.

When I contact Choxi about my order 2 weeks after, they we concerned & quickly got into action to find out why.
Most of my items were delivered within another 2 weeks, but 2 had to be cancelled and I received a refund minus a supposed discount I used. I felt the refund should have been in full since I had already been waiting so long & not my fault the party involved could not fulfill my order.
When my order arrived (boots), they fit perfect, except they would not zip up past my ankles. When I called about the problem, the representative was courteous, patient, and professional. Even though I could not get what I wanted, the customer service makes it well worth trying again for my shopping needs.
I had a few disappointments with this order. 1) A stone had fallen out of one ring. 2) Another ring was not what I ordered. 3) The color of a gold tone ring faded pretty quickly. The pieces are very inexpensive but some pieces are better quality.

I'm used to receiving my merchandise in about a week. But this last oder took over two weeks and there was no way to track it. All customer service said was that it was 'active'. I really needed it by a certain date. But since it never arrived, I cancelled the order.
Priced very reasonably and better made than the metal card holders plus it holds many more cards
My experience with shopping cart was a great experience I love it and I don't have to make but one trip to the car to get my groceries
I've ordered multiple times through Choxi and have always received quality products at a greatly reduced price. I appreciate the quick turn around from order time to time shipment is received. I definitely will order through this company again.

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
