I have place many orders with CHOXI. The bargains are amazing! I love the items I get and if ever there is a discrepancy, CHOXI's Customer Service is the best! They make it right. What could be better?!

I have only received half my order and I placed the order over a month ago. One of my packets was returned because the sender didn't put my apartment number on it. So I've waited 3 weeks for my packet and have watched it online go back and forth between my post office and California. Rather frustrating. And the skirts I ordered where the wrong ones that were sent to me!
They have good products and on the few occasions when there has been a problem, they took care of it immediately and completely. The best when it comes to customer service!
Very happy with quality of dog vest harness. Ordered wrong size first time but son's new puppy fit perfect. Ordered new right size one and just waiting to receive them.
I do want to start out by saying that this isn't my first experience with Choxi and the other times I have ordered from them had more satisfying results. This last time, I placed an order for several items, including two pairs of pearl earrings, a ring and some really cute magazine holders. The ring was great--pretty and the fit was perfect, although it took a while to be delivered. The earrings, post style, both arrived with backs that didn't fit the posts, in fact I couldn't see how they could fit any post-they were way too small. I reported the problem to Choxi and they did credit my card with the price of one of the two sets. OK--not terrific but basically I ended up with one pair of two sets of wonky earrings for free. I just will need to buy other backs for the posts. I finally got so sick of waiting for the magazine holders that I ended up cancelling the rest of the order. So, one great, one not so great and one total bomb. First of all they need to make sure that they indicate on site, when you are ordering, that part of the order may take a long time to get to you and second they ought to make sure that when they are offering a great buy that it really is a great buy and not a dud. As I indicated at the beginning of my comments, I have placed other orders with them and have been satisfied with my purchases-no problems, so I'm assuming that this one was an exception. Time will tell.
I order a spot light which I never got. I had to call to see where it was I was informed they were out. If I had not called I would not have got my money back. You need to have people check orders.

Good price, but took longer than usual for delivery?
I have sent messages about a order i put in on 3/5/2016 and have not gotten a response as of yet where the order is Please use the card that i have stored to refund my money i no longer want the three skirts i have been waiting for a month now thank you
I have not recieved the the total order. The 2 pair of Stainless Steel Fashion Dangle (heart and snowflake) from order number ******* have not been shipped or received as of yet. I really love your on line shopping and I am trying to be patient. When I recieved this review in my e-mail, it me think you that you think I received the total order. Please note that I am still waiting for the above mentions items. Thank you.

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
