Customer Service appears to reading from a script and NOT reading the complaint. I keep getting the same rhetoric/ They check with manufacturer, USPS etc... like those people NEVER make a mistake. I DID NOT receive what I ordered and no matter how many times they tell me they checked with the afore mentioned people it does not change the fact that it NEVER came. Hence I am out money and product. Does not matter to them they got their money. My solution is to wait and hopefully the rest of my order will arrive before months end. After that I will NEVER order from them again and I am already rescinding my recommendations of them to family and friends.
I haven't received my order and its been 3 weeks. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
Every time I have had a issue it was solved almost immediately and any questions that I asked were answered the same day. I will continue to do business with you all and recommend you all to friends and family.
This charger is all my family needs. With the dual charging, they can charge the phone and tablet in the car when the power ports of the car are used for the gps.
Everything I have ordered so far has exceeded my expectations & the shipping is quite fast!
I ordered the replacement brushes for my electric toothbrush I ordered before all was great, for some reason they did not fit so I can't use them but they shipped quickly and of course the prices are always right I will continue to order from this site.
Ordered three items at the same time. After two weeks, only one item was delivered. Second item greatly delayed. After one month and an email, was told third item is no longer available. To be honest, since the name change, things like this have been occurring more often.
Most items I purchase have a long delivery time due to shipping from overseas. I did have a problem with one product that when I told them they immediately sent an RMA ticket and once they received it there was a credit on my account. So although not perfect, pretty close.
I Love Choxi, my experience is as always a pleasant one.
Purchased item was not as described. It was supposed to be a charger with LED Cable. But it was not a charger, just a LED Cable.
I was very concerned becsuse, I received only 1 item out of 6 items ordered approximately 2 weeks after the order was placed. I emailed the company snd received several responses within less that 12 hours. The items were finally recrived on 4/4/16.
I've bought my bedcovers, sheets, and curtains from Choxi a few times, and the service is trouble-free, fast delivery, quality product, and so cheap! I'm pleased every time.
I have been shopping with CHOXI ever since I found them on the internet when it was NOMORERACK. And let me tell everyone out there this is the best place for online shopping, prices are great! And if you ever have a problem CHOXI fixes it right away. I bought four tablets for each of my grandkids, when they broke them, CHOXI helped me replace them. CHOXI is number one for me!

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
