I think Choxi does not research the vendors well enough. I buy a lot on Choxi but have had 4 refunds due to the vendor not living up to their agreement with Choxi. I see the same product even when you have refunded my dollars when and only when I bring it to your attention. I hesitate to buy anymore products on Choxi.
I have ordered everything from jewelry to carpet cleaning machine. I have been very impressed with the quality of the items, along w the expedited shipping.
Everything has always been great! I noticed a credit on my visa this week so i'm guessing the sheets i ordered in Feb are not coming. That's ok. I had a chance to deal with customer service and they were very pleasant explaining some things to me. I wish you could re-carry some of the great offers you've had. The handbags are so beautiful and well priced, i just wish you'd carry some half the size.:-) But overall I love your website and visit almost every day. Thank you k.
I still have not got the items that I ordered a month ago not have I heard where they are if they are on back order or a possible arrival time. My mo eye was taken from my card but no product. I have never had a bad experience from here before but now I am very skeptical about ordering more. I called with my complaint and the woman on the phone was not helpful at all. I would like the items that I ordered or my money back so I can order something else. The items were a tablet and black queen size sheets, the tablet I could see being on back order but sheets?! I am very dissatisfied.
This particular top was not a good fit for me. It looked better on the computer rather than seeing it up close. The appearance was not what I thought it would have been.
When the product is good it's very good... when it's not well it's a big painful disappointment that you're stuck with.
I was thrilled to receive my bicycle "basket" so that I can carry my little dog with me when I ride my bike. The product looks well made, but required some assembly, and there were no directions in the box! Fortunately I was able to look online and find a similar item that had directions on their website. I have yet to try it out on my bike, but am confident that it will be great! Minor annoyance..
I had an order that I still had not received and sent an email to their customer service. I received a quick response and was updated with several more emails until the item was shipped.

I ordered some merchandise and I had a problem with the free shipping. When I contacted the customer service at Choxi they explained how certain items cannot be shipped free. They sent me a code for $10.00 credit, so when I order again I can use that towards my next shipping fee.
I have had many recent experiences with Choxi, as I purchase from them quite regularly. Although I am not sure which one I am rating (was not identified) I am confident rating it 5 stars regardless, because I have always had great experiences with Choxi.
My experience with Choxi has been great! I love their items and their prices are amazing, you can't help but to shop with them. If you are in need of any questioned answered the customer service staff is great, they really make sure you're happy! Items are shipped as stated in your email and on time. Love them
I did receive 1/2 of my order fairly quickly, however, I have not received the 2 more interesting items yet and it's been a month since I placed the order. I have 4 items in my cart, currently but do not want to place the order until I receive the rest of my original order. I've used Choxi in the past and don't recall having to wait this long for my items.
Whenever I order something from Choxi, I know my order will be processed and shipped in a timely manner. All of my ordering experiences from Choxi have had positive results.

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
