Got the email and saw a great deal. So i ordered it and love it. :)
I ordered sinus, motion sickness inhalers got that, copper glove and only got 1 glove in the package and house shoes which I did not get. I was charged for the item. Will I get my money back? I did not get all of my order.
Why would you offer several products and accept payment when those products are not even available? It has been over a month since I ordered the pet gate and the Samsung charger and yet I have not heard from your organization about the status of this order and it required me to inquire from you as to the status. Had I not inquired, would I have ever heard from you and you would have continued to hold on to my money? This is not very good customer service in my opinion. If you check your records you will discover that I am a frequent buyer of your products. Is this how you treat a good customer?
I would have gave it 5 stars if I would have been able to send my order to my address. I wanted to order 2 of the shower caddys. But when I went to check out and put in my shipping address. It told me there was no such address. So I just ordered 1 and had it sent to my mother. As she is the one that wanted one after she saw my mine when she visited. But I really want one for my camper.
It was a pleasant experience since I have nothing to complain about my order and the prices were fair.
As of April 2016, I have ordered numerous products through Choxi. I have only a few concerns with my purchases. Choxi responded to my inquiries in a timely fashion while providing more than satisfactory results.

They took care of my matter, right away! Which was i recieved the wrong item, they gave me rma no. And emailed me the rma no. To send it back at postoffice! They are good to go!
After sending an e-mail that a pair of stud earrings broke and requested a refund, I was disappointed that the response was "how did they break"?
Really? Point was that I bought something that lasted 2 days before breaking AND on top of that was a gift to someone. All I know is that they broke, period. How they broke, I don't know and shouldn't be expected to figure out.
There have been issues with delivery of goods, up to date i have only received halfof the4 items.
I have purchased a couple of times from Choxi. They both were very good bargains The last one seemed slow on getting here but was due to the vendor getting such a volumn of request that had slowed down the delivery process.

Everything I've bought from this website has always satisfied me and my fiancé definitely have mentioned this website to a few friends n they've also have had great buys with choxi.
I ordered some earbuds 3 weeks ago and have not received them yet I have never had a problem before very unhappy with this order
Only 2 of the 5 items ordered actually arrived. The other 3 were refunded to a visa and I used a mastercard to order.
L didn't receive a wireless mouse that I ordered. I was notified that it was no longer available. That was a letdown!
Had to contact customer service several times and wait way to long to receive one of the sets of items I ordered. Not fun.

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
