I tried 3 times to order and it was refusing my debit card ended up using my credit card maybe you should add PayPal to 1 of your choices.
Have been looking for a few things that i had a hard time finding at the right price, but choxi surpassed their advertizing. Have not had any problems with anything from start to finish. I reccommend checking them out.
The headphones arrived late and it broke apart from lite usage after 1.5 weeks. Disappointed. Will likely buy a better known brand next time.

Great items but shipped in two separate parcels. The first item was shipped in a timely manner while the second part was received almost two weeks after the receipt of the first item. Very disappointed.
I received some damaged items and they were very quick to send return labels for me to send them back. They were very nice and seemed to care that I had had a problem. It seemed personal not just pre-scripted form emails.

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
