Choxi is always right on time with there customer service. I realize I did not give Choxi the require amount of time to process my returned item and I was quick to jump to conclusion. Choxi was so friendly

Since this was my first purchase, I was a little worried that it might take too long and be a royal pain in the butt, however, I was very surprised how quickly the whole process turned out to be.

Headphones I ordered stopped working in 2weeks, got in touch with customer service and they responded right back to see how they could help. They refunded my money when I returned product in a timely method. This was not my first order, I have had good experiences with their products and will be purchasing again! Thanks Choxi
First half of order was prompt but waited too long for second half. The items weren't what I had thought they would be as far as size goes but overall I will shop with them again..

Ordered five or more times-started fine. On two occasions product did not arrive, both were gifts, when I contacted them they were prompt and friendly but was told product was not available. Left me in a bind for a wedding gift, especially since no one contacted me to tell me they weren't available. Suggested they pull the items off of their site. Should also know when an order is placed that they will not be able to fulfill the order. A bit hesitant to order again. Still waiting for a delivery of an item ordered 5 weeks ago. However, I have been informed it has shipped.
IT is so much fun to go shopping for anything, it is like window shopping, have a cup of coffee, and enjoy the sites. So many products to ponder over. Lovely items that sell so inexpensively. I love to visit there just to look, and the prices make it easy to buy. Love this place.
I have purchased a number of items from Choxi and have never been dissatisfied with any of them in any way. I ordered 2 down alternative comforters that wash well are are warm, yet light, sweaters that I ordered 4 of, a collapsible dog dish for only $2 that my reluctant drinking dog loves, among many other items. Shipping is fast, love it in all ways - only wish they would provide payment through Paypal as used to be the case with their predecessor. Other than that Perfect!

I have been waiting almost a month for an order that was never completed as promised by this company. I have called, emailed and attempted to talk with a live operator via internet. To date nothing has been done as promised. No email verification, no email answer and waiting for a live on line person has not occurred also. At this point I am not a happy customer.
We have found some cool items on this site for very decent prices. If you have time to browse, it's definitely worth it.
Choxi works very hard to solve any problems that come up as fair and fast as possible.

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
